            On Saturday October 9, 2021 I visited Kysse Med Spa to receive fillers on my face because I saw a post on ******** of Promotions the clinic had. Since the time I arrived I told the receptionist that I was there to get fillers on my face, I told the same thing to the nurse ******** and the Doctor. They injected me the fillers, they charged me the $100.00 and I even purchased other products for $160.00 paying a total of $260.00 Later that same day I received a call from the nurse ******** saying they made a mistake and injected me with a product that was not part of the promotion and that they charged me wrong and that I owed $500.00 and I needed to pay immediately. I was surprised and told her I did not have that kind of money, that I went for the promotion and Paid for the promotion, that was not my fault they made the mistake, I even told her I would take back the products I had paid but since the clinic made the mistake they needed to absorb their loose. they sent harassing texts

            The most sketchy "med" spa place in ******. Avoid it at all cost.I paid for a package for 6 sessions Brazilian laser hair removal. The laser tech (who is also the dr's ********* and the ********** tech there) burned me in 3 different spots in my private area.When I told her about it, she then tried to blame it on me that I should have put aloe **** in the area after treatment. Mind you, I signed a consent form, and it stated that I should NOT put anything but ice packs. I asked for a refund, as I didn't feel safe to return, and they didn't have any other laser tech options. The med spa receptionists were so rude on the phone and said a manager would call me back, then hung up on me. I called back 3x in the span of 2 weeks, since they never returned my call or offered any kind of solution... and they just kept putting me off, and kept all my money.I told them since you won't offer me a refund, schedule an appointment for me then. WHICH they REFUSED and never gave any of my money back. The doctor who owns the med spa has had multiple lawsuits. He himself looks like he has too many bad fillers. Go somewhere accredited where they will treat you with respect!
