    I bought a new 2023 Santa Fe in February. On 5/19/23 the vehicle failed to start and was towed to the dealership. The vehicle was returned to me on 5/20/23. The vehicle continued to malfunction (cluster/dashboard flashes while driving and it didnt start again). On 5/23/23 the vehicle was taken back to the dealership and it has been there since (today is 6/28/23). I continue to make payments on the vehicle that is in their possession and hasn't been repaired. I filed a complaint with Hyundai *** two week ago but i still havent received any updates or estimated time of return. I have visited the dealership on 4 different occasions (yesterday was the most recent) but they keep telling they dont have rentals or loaners vehicles to offer me. Yesterday I expressed concern over safety issues if I was to get that vehicle back and asked about obtaining a different vehicle. However they treated me as a new customer trading in an old vehicle and buying a new one, a deal in which i would lose thousands of dollars due to (according to them) the depreciation of the unrepaired vehicle im trading in.

    Very bad customer service just got a used vehicle from them two weeks ago and on the 5th day I had it ,it broke down on my way to work in ************** and was stranded for more than two hours I kept calling them and they were not able to help me I was told for me to get it fixed and that they would reimburse me and til this day I have had no solution to the truck getting fixed nor have they returned the money I spent ! I had to put a new alternator and a new battery because the truck literally shut off on the road I was very lucky I was able to move to the emergency lane before I got hit by an 18 ******* from behind. Also the truck got a new windshield installed and work was not done properly ,the air vents in the rear close when I raise the a/c speed , the steering wheel has a squeaky sound when I do turns , the engine has a noise as well as when I put it in reverse the noise sounds worse. After getting back from corpus first thing Monday morning my husband takes the truck to the dealership along with the receipts of what we spent and the truck was not checked at all ! The salesman that sold us the truck does not work there after 2-3 days that he sold us the truck we were assigned a new salesman and every time I call him with the concerns I have he states thats why I dont like to sell used cars to my customers I wouldve sold you a new one! Obviously not making his customers a priority because wether or not he sold the truck to me he still works for Charlie Clark Hyundai and his customers satisfaction is what should be his number one priority! I would not recommend this dealership ????
