I have held a storage unit with Store it ALL for years with two different locations. When I moved from one location to another, everything changed. During the time I was there, I started paying $88 then my last bill was for $172. Not only did my rates more than double but my items were completely ruined. Over $1000 in damages to my items and my clothing occurred. First, rain poured into my unit from the outside through the roof and I received damages totaling more than $100-$200 but they offered me $40 off which I accepted and moved on. A few months ago, I visited the unit and saw insects and rat p*** everywhere!! I moved some of my items over to *********** and saw there was even more damage to all my clothing, new expensive items worth almost $1000 and they offered me $72 off. I accepted because I hadnt gone through the rest of my items at the time. When I got to SA, I attempted to reach the manager again but was treated like a criminal by a male employee who stated he was only there as a sub but refused to give me corporate information. Wanted to blame the rat problem on me when the whole storage was infected due to their negligence. I left my information for the manager to call me but never received a call back. Just yesterday, I went back for the remainder of my items and saw a dead rat. It was horrible and the smell in their unit is atrocious. This is actually a complaint against the Store It All on Owk Drive but they are all run by the same person. I would like to receive the value of my list and damaged items or a refund for 4 months. The last 4 months that the rats have been living in my unit. I only used 10 days of this last month as well and they wont even prorate. $688 (minus the $72 discount) is $616. That is the refund amount I am asking for which is less than the value of all my damaged shoes, clothing and household items.
