I was in need of a complete HVAC System replacement as parts of my old one was 30 years old. I met with their Senior Installer Devin who agreed it was time for a complete make over rather than put any money in the old one( a sentiment that had already been voiced by a Family friend in the Repair end of the business). Devin made his recommendations and we came to a cost agreement and we set the install date(due to the work load, it was going to be 3 days before they could start). I expressed a concern about the old unit making it that long and he told me not to worry. He would personally make sure the house was never without AC until the new system was up and running even if he had to bring in a portable Unit temporarily. Sure enough, the very next day, the old unit started freezing up and quit cooling. Devin stopped what he was doing and rushed over to my house, performed a quick temporary fix and got it working. This was before any work had been done. Truly a man of his word. The job involved not only replacing the outside unit but also everything in the attic, including all the Duct work. JR. and Jimmy were there on time the day of the install and in two days time completely transformed my System from a relic that was way past it's usefulness to a brand new state of the art one with all new duct work. The install was that of Professionals who took pride in their work and it shows. Not only was the work Top Notch but there was no signs they were ever there. Every piece of the old system was gone. They even cleaned up any mess they made, in the attic and the driveway where they staged all the old parts and duct work for removal. They loaded it all up, SWEPT the driveway(are you kidding me??!!) both days before they left. A special thanks to Courtney for the extra effort she put in to getting a small bump in the road resolved! A trusted Friend recommended that I get an estimate from Doctor Cool. I'm glad she did.

My first time using Dr Cool professor heat and I can tell you I will be a life long customer. My A/C went out in the middle of the night during this summer. Dr. Cool showed up first thing in the morning to diagnose the problem. Made a quick repair and found out the system was still under warranty! They were able to get me up and running same day while only charging a callout fee. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality A/C contractor!!

This company provided excellent service. After my first system install they contacted me for my schedule maintenance. I asked if the can perform it on my second until. Price for the second unit was reasonable so it agreed to have it done. Technician, Noor Izzy did what NO OTHER COMPANY PERFORMED. He cleaned every inch of the blower and furnace along with blowing the overflow pvc pipe and cleaned the drain pipe down to the sink which no other company has performed. I always did that myself. The second unit was 20 old and needed replaced. I ask Mr Izzy his recommendation because I knew it was working properly and other companies would just continue to charge for things that wasn't needed like oiling the fan motor, replace a seal on evap coil and charging the compressor outside. After discussing my concerns he stated I was right about replacing the complete unit and I agreed, plus to install a new furnace on the other unit so they will be matched. Doctor Cool gave me options and I accepted the Trane System. Price was little high due to getting the Trane system and the inflation issues the Country is experiencing. Please convey my gratitude to the following people: Noor ****, Jason ****** both Technicians. Also to both installation teams. All you guys are AWESOME. Shout out to the ladies in the office you rock as well.I had used others for 17 years but wasn't satisfied until now. I found Doctor Cool and they installed 2 Complete systems. They were knowledgeable, professional and attention to details. They covered my floor for protection. The installation was pure perfection. I highly recommend them to all who needs excellent service. I will never use another Company again.

This company is all about taking your money. I contacted this company to respond to an after-hours issue, my A/C was not cooling. He told me that my coolant was low, and refilled my unit with 3lbs of R22. I was charged $1047 for this, well actually plus spraying my unit down with water. Then, he told me I needed a new A/C, mine is 10 years old, and I get that. I asked him to provide a quote, but I ended up getting an invoice for over $10K for a new A/C that I did not agree to buy when he was here. Additionally, during his visit, he told me my coil was leaking. So I contacted him and asked for a quote to just replace the coil. The quote was over $4K. But of course, he didn't recommend that, but kept trying to push the new unit on me. After doing research, there is no way that the price of a coil is 40% the cost of a new unit. Thankfully, I found a reputable company that has taken care of all of it for less than $2K. Just beware of these techs, they clearly work on commission, and will take you for a fool, quite honestly.

I purchased my new home in January and found that both my air conditioning systems were old and needed to be replaced. I had Doctor Cool come out to replace them and from beginning to end I had an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!
