The location of the franchise is the worst auto mechanic's I've dealt with in a lot of years. Plus I've use 3 others in 2 states prior to this repeatedly. They quoted work which we paid 100% only to be found dead, by the side of the road. This was after we brought the car back for a leak that was not there before we brought it in. When I point out this to them in a direct post too the owner they basically ganged up on me with 2 other mechanic's beside the owner and said it was completed correctly. After this I was told they did not like my elevated tone, to which I replied your telling me I'm dreaming this problem with photos to prove it. I had to go too Orielys to get the parts to fix it correctly. I even went as far to buy gigantic q tips to clean out divots in the cylinder head to find out for myself, where the oil leak was coming from. But, on top of that, they had the car 2 weeks, never called us too update. finally they listened to me after that, because they finally watch a YouTube video on where the leak is coming from that I sent them months before. I have full documentation of all our conversations, photos text and the direct email and receipts to which, the owner has not responded back to us since after we met at his shop in response too our email before any review.
