I went to this eye dr when I had one contact in and a concussion and they just handed me paperwork and said go sign this, no instructions for it being the first time there or anything. I went through the paperwork pretty fast due to the massive headache I had and not being able to see well. I had my examine that was pleasant and went to check out and I had the exact $60 that the exam was and they told me $105 and that’s not what my insurance told me, they then told me I signed something saying I wanted a $45 image ( which was not verbally told to me ) and I asked them to bill me which they never did and I am still waiting for that but they have not, I was called and told I could order my contacts now, and they told me it would be $180 for 2 boxes of contacts which is super high and never what I have paid with my insurance before so I asked for my prescription and they will not give it to me due to the $45 for a image I never asked for. I will not pay this $45 and will go spend more money on getting a new eye exam due to how ugly this people were to me. The complete lack of human empathy and lack of communication. I work at ******* and before I can do anything to an account I have to verbally tell my customers. I told them when I was there I didn’t ask for the imaging and they refused to waive the fee knowing I couldn’t see well and I felt like they were sales people and not medical professionals.
