Date of transaction: 2/28/2023 Amount charged: $115 + tax Printed without confirmation or a payment on file, still expected to pay for unwanted job. Unauthorized charge due to changing price without confirmation or notification. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my sign since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday and to my surprise was told that the job was already printed. I was then charged for a sign I did not want without confirmation of a proof first. As a small business owner myself I try to support local and didn't want to complain over a $25 sign. However, Once looking at the invoice, I noticed they charged me more ($30/sign) for what was originally quoted ($25) and charged my card without notice that the quote had changed. Terrible communication on their behalf and no accountability or response when trying to reach a resolution. Do better!!!!
