I have always had extremely helpful and very pleasant interactions with the Honet Paws personnel on the occasions when I have spoken with them. The ones with whom I have spoken are excellent representatives of their company. The effectiveness of the product is open to debate, but I and my loveable pooch are satisfied customers!Review from Linda C

Product wise 5 stars so far, company wise, policies are questionable 3 stars. I made the mistake of hitting reorder button to ensure I ordered the exact same oil as before. All other online co. allow review prior to purchase (giving me opportunity to delete or add a product, change pmt. method etc.) at Honest Paws as soon as you hit reorder, your order is in. I couldn't call, they were closed so I emailed, they ignored the email and by 9 am next a.m. the order was already processed. I won't go into the policies he quoted of a return fee etc. The agent did make things right for me, but my advice is do not hit reorder button unless you want to reorder the exact same item(s) with the exact same credit card, without any coupons used.Review from Donna T

The product arrived and I started my dog on it right away. Within 4 days she was climbing the steps to get into the house with a little limping and by the end of the week she was coming up the steps with some bounce in her step. Thank you for this product.Review from emma d

This company's products have changed my life with my cat, he has severe OCD/anxiety and giving him the CBD oil and chews calm him down and turn him into a normal cat! I'll never go without, now that I know what I'm able to do for him with the help of this company.Review from SUSAN C

From the start, Honest Paws has been sending me quality products for my pets. I've looked at the chemical analysis of the CBD bites and won't shop anywhere that doesn't provide that kind of transparency for these products. I'll stay with this company as they back up what they say, and my girl benefits from the 1/2 wafer she eats before going to bed. I benefit from her rest, too!Review from Karen H

This is a great high quality product that my pet loves to get. I like that the levels are higher so I only need to give my pup 1 treat instead of most other brands that require 2-3. Always look at dosage when comparing costs and productsReview from Jeanie O

Though I could not use the product I ordered, through no fault of the company nor the product, Honest Paws gave me a full refund. I would recommend this kind of customer service to anyone who has a use for any of their products.Review from Shayna F

I placed my first order with honest paws about a month ago and still haven’t received it. I contacted the company for more information and they told me they would send a replacement and expedite the shipping. That was a week and a half ago and the package STILL hasn’t been sent out. I’m really disappointed because I’ve been very eager to try their products with my two dogs because I’ve heard great things. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be a returning customer.

We are deeply sorry that you had a less than great experience with our company. Unfortunately, sometimes these situations do happen and it is completely out of our control. This especially happens during the holiday season. Almost always the package will eventually show up. Although these situations happen we are happy to help our customers with a replacement. The replacement you requested was placed on December 3rd and the shipment method was upgraded as requested. According to the tracking information, it shows that the package was delivered on December 9th. Please be on the lookout for an email from our team as we try to rectify this issue.Review from V.S

I ordered a product, got a tracking number, a week went by, no movement, but it had that it was to be delivered the day I checked. No package. I emailed, Was told to give it another day or so. Still no package, I emailed UPS, said there was a label created but no package yet. Emailed Honest paws again, said the would send another. Sent me a tracking, said it was to be delivered on November 16th. Still no package. I asked for a refund since this was twice. I received an email that it was refunded. We will see. Good luck!
