Banyan Cove Apartments refuses to fix my air conditioner in my unit that has been broken for 3 weeks. I’m continuously told “we will fix tomorrow” and no one shows up to fix it. My refrigerator went out in June of 2023. It is now January 2024, the replacement remains in my unit. The replacement refrigerator faces the opposite way (I can’t access my food normally) I have to stand in a corner and stand on my tip toes to open the door because it faces the wall. To gain access the freezer I have to open the freezer door and duck under the opened door to retrieve items. My apartment has been flooded. I was told by management that I was double charged for thing but hasn’t gone into detail on this matter. In the month of October the manager then attempted to charge me $1351, my rent is $949 but $1120 with late charges. They have since not responded on concerns and requests of fixing the a/c or the refrigerator. I have emailed as well sent text (through the apartment text number) with pictures of the issues. No response at all. They have failed to uphold any of the things that are supposed to be covered by the apartment but have filed eviction for rent.
