2 items were returned on 11/21/22 using the company's return label. **** ****** lost the package for 2 weeks and during the lost company refused a refund even though there was proof of return. Package was finally delivered mid-December to company. I am getting the run around in regards to a refund. I expect the full refund of $54.95 and it's been well over a month and I don't feel I should have pay the $8.95 postage.Customer response
