February 2022 purchased dishwasher from lowes in store, delivery from lowes through third party, Collins installation They didn't get back to me for almost a month and a half about scheduling the install, then all of a sudden one day i got an automated call that it's scheduled for that day, 4/18/22. auto call was from lowes. called lowes that i never got a confirmation call, even though they said they'd call me a day before hand. lowes is telling me that collins has it on for today but hasn't provided a window. i've been calling Collins for weeks with never a return call, and this morning someone finally called me back stating they can't come today due to being sick. stated he won't reschedule me but will call "at some point" to get it rescheduled. i'm very upset because we paid for installation that now has been rescheduled multiple times, and installation was only paid for due to it being included at the time of checkout for the purchase of said dishwasher. i want to report them for essentially taking my money, refusing to schedule me, refusal of contact with me, and now random cancelling. Lowes has told me they've never been able to get ahold of Collins either, with also multiple attempts. I want to have it on file of this behavior and also I want to get my money back for the installation service. Please see the attatchment, stating the dishwasher has in fact been installed, and i've gotten multiple of these emails, and NO one has called me nor will return my calls, because it HASN'T been installed!!
