      Initial transaction started Dec 29, 2023 We had an appointment at Lace and Grace Bridal with owner *************************. She recommended sizing and customization for a ************ model #T252065 . The floor sample we tried on was a 14- the gown we received is a size 6. The first payment was made in the shop same day for $1000 to get the order into the designer. The next Payment due 1/29/2024. We made a second payment 2/3/2024 of $684.64 , Final Payment 5/3/2024 $561.65. We were told at the initial appointment the reason for a Down-payment was to secure ordering. We were told that the gown would be ready at the end of April ( latest estimate for delivery) . The entire process was not professional. WE were only contacted for payment requests, we were not provided with any updates regarding shipping of any sort. The communication with Lace and grace was minimal - we were not informed of a tracking number for shipment of the gown. I contacted ******* bridal designer myself to locate the shipping /tracking number. This occurred in May ( i have the email to prove) . Once I forwarded the tracking number that I obtained did I get an email reply from ***** to schedule a reveal appointment. May 22nd we went to the shop to receive the gown. ***** was not in the shop. The store manager ****** was attending. We proceeded to try on the gown and it was too small. We were told that my daughter must have gained weight. We are requesting a full refund on the basis of the incorrect sizing and faulty ordering for the client not following the ****** sizing chart that is available on line. Phone calls go directly to voice mail, responses via email are inconsistent. I have involved the Leander Chamber of Commerce to help with communication and resolution but unsuccessful. I have also placed a complaint to the Texas attorney generals office #CGS-412750 and contacted a local news affiliate.

      I purchased a wedding dress in February for my daughter, it was supposed to be ready for pickup in May, we have tried to contact them but no return calls no communication. The amount I spent was $2,210.88. My daughter has gone to the boutique twice and doors were shut and lights off. My daughter gets married in five weeks with now no dress and no refund to buy another one. We read the reviews and she is not the only bride going through this. I have since called the ******* police but there's nothing they can do. Please investigate.

      Ordered a wedding dress in dec of 23, paid $2,400 in full for the order which was set to be here in may of 24. Never received dress. Hardly any communication from the store as to what is happening with the order. Wont provide tracking number, or any other information. Scamming people of money & cant deliver the product. I had to demand another dress from there store, that was off the rack, a month out from my wedding. Now having to scramble to have alterations. They said they would refund me the difference from the more expensive dress that I ordered but havent been refunded. They need to be shut down immediately. Still taking peoples ************** when they cant deliver.

      I bought a wedding dress at ***************************** the 21st of december, 2023 and payed $2,000. I was told the dress would be here by the end of may. I didn't receive an update until I called in march for an update and was told that shipping was delayed because of chinese new year. I called again in march, then in april and was told that my dress delayed again. Then i went in-person and was told my dress would be here may 30th, so i made an appointment for june 2nd to pick it up. I never received confirmation to pick my dress up despite my attempt to call. I called june 3rd and no answer. I then went in-person on june 7th and the told me that the dress hadn't arrived but would would be there on or before june 21st. This was written and signed by the owner. I called that wednesday to confirm that it would be there june 21st and they confirmed so i arrived on Friday, the 21st and they said they didn't have it and couldn't provide a tracking number. The next morning, they called me and said it would be there on tuesday of the next week. I went that tuesday of that week and the shop was closed. At the same time, in an effort to help me get my dress, family was also going in person on my behalf to get information on the dress or to attempt pick it up in the case that it had arrived. When they did so, the shop was either closed (despite their website stating that they were open during those times) or would be told that the dress had not arrived and given new arrival dates. The store knows that the wedding is july 25th (they told us they have that record) and they assured us that we would have it in our hands with enough time for adjustments. I as well as family have attempted to call and go in person for any information and have been met with a closed store (despite arriving during business hours), no answer to calls, no information or false information across all of our attempts to get my dress.

      On October 29th, 2023 my fianc spent over $2,000 on a dress that was expected to be delivered in March of 2024. Since March, the owner has been stating "the dress will be here next week" yet the dress never arrives. We are now over two months delayed on receiving this dress and every time we talk to the shop we are guaranteed delivery ""next week" - multiple ****** reviewers are experiencing the same issue. I believe this shop is scamming and stealing its customers money.

      Went to dress shop on 9/24/2023 and found a wedding dress. Had a great experience there. Spoke with owner who measured me. She ordered the dress as a custom order. Said it should be in ***** 2024. We paid most of the dress there but owed around $500 still, which they mentioned they would call for final payment in order for dress to be shipped. Come end of March, received a call from them stating dress was ready to be shipped so need to collect final payment. Paid via phone (gave CC #) on 3/22/2024.Received a text from shop on 3/23/2024 stating need final payment for dress to be shipped. I texted back stating that i paid it yesterday and their response was Im all set. Come mid- end ***** didnt hear from them regarding dress being received in so called and they said it should be in soon but didnt give any specific details. Second week of May i called and asked for another update bc getting worried at this point. I was more direct about getting an answer this time and they said there was a factory issue but the dress should be delivered to the shop by the next week (week of May 20th).Did not receive a call that week so called May 23rd, receptionist said owner wasnt in but would give me a call back. Never got a call back. Called again 5/28 and left a message asking for a call back. No answer. Had my fianc call and he left a message 5/29 asking for any answers at this point. We went to the dress shop today, 5/30 and their hours list open 11-5 but the shop was dark, no lights on. Knocked on door but no answer. Tried to call but no answer. Owners car was in parking lot (has a lace and grace sticker on back and i saw it when i ordered the dress). At this point i just want my money back for the dress as i spent around $2,000 on it and still no dress. My wedding is 9/27/24 and I was hoping to start alterations in ***** because i am going out of state for an internship for 6 weeks starting beginning of June.
