      We moved out in February for a promised mid May completion of remodel of two bathrooms and one kitchen in ******* Ranch. We moved back June 1. Bathrooms were not finished (no shower glass, tile unsealed, no lighting) but useable, while kitchen had not even been started. ************************* informed us that his kitchen cabinet guy was missing, and that a new cabinet maker would need to be secured, resulting in an additional delay of five weeks until the kitchen remodel could begin. Its mid summer in ******, 100+ degrees every day, and 110 in the garage where we cook in a microwave. We wash our dishes in the shower. Since February, ************************* has been on our property perhaps five times. His independent contractor crews are on their own, leaving my husband and I in a supervisory role, troubleshooting, directing cleanup, and giving direction regarding, for example, which products to use for sealing surfaces. Not sure why **************** is almost never at the job site, but the fact that he was not in touch with the cabinet maker until five weeks after the initial estimated install date had passed suggests that he is neither physically nor mentally involved in our project. We went with a high end design team (*************) and (we assumed) high end contractor (************************* Pro Star) assuming that the high prices we paid would secure for us high quality service. This has not been the case. If the project is completed at any point and the results are equal to the price we have paid, I will adjust this review.

      DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you give them ANY money, they won't give it back. It's theft plain and simple. I've had to threaten to go to court because they are refusing to refund $6,000 for a job that was never performed. Plus, their complete lack of communication and POOR customer service. After two weeks of waiting on a refund, I was told that I'm emotional, angry, upset, etc. Both ****** and his wife ********* have said these things to me verbally over the phone. Then I was told I am the problem. Would you not be upset if someone refused to refund $6K when it is clearly their fault? Basically, I call and get name called. When I respond in like, I'm the "emotional" one. They said deposits are not refundable in general. Nowhere in my contract or few emails I have was I ever told that I this money was non-refundable. I would not have signed the contract had I known this. In my experience, you pay a contractor at completion or the money is refundable. Also, I was never told or given a timeline for my job so it is the reason I reached out frequently (with no response from them) and ultimately decided I did not want to work with this company anymore.Here's my detailed timeline:2/21/2023 - Appt. for estimate, turnaround time 1 week to receive 3/30/2023 - Never received estimate, called back to see why 3/30/2023 - Estimate received via email 4/1/2023 - Email: estimate incorrect 4/4/2023 - New estimate received 4/5/2023 - Paid invoice, emailed back requesting schedule date 4/10/2023 - No response yet, so sent follow up email - no response to the second email either 4/19/2023 - Call and leave message 4/19/2023 - ********* calls back, says you all are busy, will reach out in 1-2 weeks with scheduling info 5/3/2023 - After absolutely no follow up AGAIN, call and leave a message requesting money back or to be put on scheudulke 5/3/2023 - ********* calls back and says potentially 5/17 and will call if anything changes 5/10/2023 - No confirmation, call next day and request refund

      Contacted Pro star in April. They sent someone out to meet with me 6 weeks after. I called several times to get an updated to no avail. Today (Nov 22, 2021) a man named ****** just called to inform me they could no longer accept work. Pro Star wasted 6 months of my time simply by NOT COMMUNICATING the reality of their "too much work" status. Shame. These times will change!! I will remember!
