I hired Evans Hardwood Floors (Bill Evans) to redo my hardwood floors. He told me when he was first available on 8/25 and I accepted that even though it was almost a month away. He was late getting started. When he was doing the work he damaged my property and refused to hire someone to fix the damages or pay for the damages or correct them. He did a HORRIBLE job on my floors with sanding marks everywhere and he coated over paint that he got on my floors and expects me to "scrape it with a razorblade". He damaged walls and trim which he said he was going to fix and just made a bigger mess of things. He also took it upon himself to mess with my AC lowering it to ungodly low temps which my my electric bill SOAR for the week. It went from about $20 for the week to over $225. He swept a bundh of sawdust into my lawn that he said he wouldn't clean up. Blowing it around my yard and then I had to clean up. He my ***** marks on my walls and trim which he did not fix. He also messed with an outside spigot that was CAPPED OFF and he physically removed the cap and used the spigot in which damaged it and made it leak. (It was not leaking at the time and I capped it off so no one would use it and make it leak again) THEN, **** tried to say it was leaking when he uncapped it, but it was not, he was trying to gaslight me. He also made a mess of my place inside and out and I had to clean up after him. He quoted me one price which I accepted and then when he started the job he tried to end up charging me more. I ended up paying him in full already. I want him to hire someone to fix my spigot and my floors. If not, I'll take a refund in full. I paid $3500 out of pocket for this job.
