They started a fuel surcharge during Covid, which was very fair; fuel prices went up. For the last year I have inquired why the fuel surcharge was STILL on the invoice. In the beginning they claimed it was due to industry standard. Recently I haven't gotten ay responses anymore. It's a fraud to still charge a fuel surcharge. Either raise your standard prices or stop adding the surcharge. I have to say, I agree with many of the other reviews on here, they just cut plants down, killed a huge cactus of mine and replaced it with a tiny one paddle one, etc.

Hi Raffael, thank you for your feedback regarding the fuel surcharge and the plants. We will share your input with our team and use it to improve our services. We know you have a choice when it comes to your lawn care provider and we do not take price increases or surcharges lightly as we know they impact our customers. However, as a business, we are also affected by the market prices of labor, materials, gas ,etc and therefore may need to adjust pricing over time. This is not isolated to our industry as I'm sure you have noticed price increases in many facets of your daily life over the past year in particular. The fuel surcharge is limited to maintenance services only and is not applied on all services.
In regards to the cactus, our email records show that this cactus was damaged during what is now known as the "Snowpocalypse" freeze in 2021 and you had requested that it be cut back. Unfortunately the crew had removed it by mistake and so a replacement plant was provided as a courtesy. Because the freeze had killed off most cacti in stock at all local nurseries statewide, only smaller plants were available which was discussed with you at the time and approved.
Again, we appreciate the feedback and appreciate your business and will do our best to improve our services to provide you the best lawn care possible.

After 4 years of consistently declining quality of service , i finally did what i should have done a long time ago and terminated the service.Those willfully indifferent may see value in a mediocre service. If you want lush and vibrant plant beds, know that their approach to growth management is to systematically cut things down to a stub every year, even going against multiple written requests not to do so. They have destroyed my flower producing plants for the last time. I can now invest in my yard and expect bountiful returns. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if you intend to invest fruitfully time and money into your yard.Review from Sultana C

The irrigation pipe was cut accidently while digging a hole. I had contract with this company to mow my yard bi-monthly, I reached out for an estimate on repairing a cut pipe. They send me DocuSign for an open order to repair the irrigation pipe with a minimum $90 per hour labor work excluding the parts. The technician spend literally no more then 30 minutes on making the cut bigger and adding a PVC pipe with liquid glue. He didn't had to find the leak or dig a hole, this was already done for him. He ran a test on that sprinkler area. I asked him if he could run a test and provide an estimate in case there is anything that needs to be repaired on my sprinkler system. He didn't mention that was going to cost money, he said this is a FREE estimate that I will get a quote for if I decided to repair anything that he found. This company charged me $292.28 for the cut pipe repair work. After multiple emails demanding an explanation on the charges of the parts, they replied with 'The cost of parts is based on current market conditions for supplies needed to perform the job, we use only commercial grade parts when we do repairs on the system coming from irrigation suppliers and not local hardware stores. ' Basically, this company charges for a 5" pipe and some liquid glue $202.28... I signed the DocuSign for the cut pipe repair. And they charged for that $292.28.They send me another quote for $750 of the FREE estimate their technician performed for additional work that was needed on my sprinkler system. I hired another reputable irrigation specialist who gave me a free quote and fixed my irrigation system for way less then this company quoted me for.This company is fraudulent, devious and not trustworthy. I have no issues with paying the price if it is worth the work, but blind siding and taking advantage of their consumers trust is not acceptable. I wish I could give them a ZERO star.
