Ordered 2 items on 2/13 (Order #***** and *****) in the amount of $38.49 each ($76.98 total).The process takes **** business days prior to shipment.Shipment takes 3-5 business days.Reached out to Custom Pet Gifts support via email on 3/3.Still haven't received resolution or definitive update on shipment as of 3/13.I would like to either have a full refund or a delivery of the items. A full refund at this point is preferred unless the item can be shipped this week to the addresses listed on file.Thank you for your assistance.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product on November 12, 2022. To this date, the item has not shipped and the company keeps giving me the run around and at this point no response. Their policies state that they ship within **** business days. I have personally asked for refund a total of 3 times and now the customer service rep ****** respond. They did issue me back in December a partial refund but I dont see why I paid for a product for Christmas and it still has not shipped. I would not buy from this company!Initial Complaint

I ordered a custom key chain on September 20 for *****. After contacting them on October 14th they finally sent a shipping notification- the shipping was to a business that doesnt receive mail on the weekends- yet that states that it was delivered. Nothing was delivered- post office was contacted. They stated that the package was not scanned there- yet the company said they are not responsible. In the attached picture- the delivered location is NO WHERE near the delivery address
