Started my purchases of precious metals with USGB after doing my research of several vendors. Initially spoke with ***********************, who ultimately became my representative, found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and easy to talk to. He listened to my goals and strategies and offered advice on how to achieve them. So far his advice has been spot on. He also resolved any hesitation about trusting ours with my money with his easy demeanor and professionalism. Together with him and USGB we have started to build a portfolio that has achieved my goals. The only issue has been their website portfolio tracker, it is outdated and does not provide complete information about my account. I have been purchasing metals from U. S. Gold Bureau since the summer of 2021. They were recommended to me, and my representative is ***********************. My experience with USCB has been fantastic. They are reliable, trustworthy, and the customer service is excellent. **** goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal on every single purchase I make. I always get exactly what I ordered in the time frame I am promised, and every purchase is 100% insured. Their website is easy to navigate, and my favorite feature is the portfolio tracker. I have been working with USGB now for a few years, and received excellent guidance regarding diversifying my holdings with precious, collectible gold. The account contacts are very knowledgeable regarding how best to structure initial purchases and then build out investment to reach a balance between gold and other investments in my portfolio.The additional service of having the vault to store purchases provides an extra value of safety not having to hold purchases at home nor obtaining safety deposit boxes to do same.lnvestments so far are tracking well against the recommendations made; plan to stay the course with USGB.USGB, LLC Response

In Sept 2021 my 92-y-o mother-in-law (who lived with us) read an article which suggested that the US $ would most likely lose significant value over the forthcoming year. She asked me to take about 50% of her savings, set aside for her personal care when needed and to invest in gold. I researched Gold trading Companies in search of an honest and reliable Company. I settled on U.S. Gold Bureau. Big mistake on my part. Over a period of about 1 month I invested approx. $200K and was happy with the service especially as the $200K was showing as now being worth approx. $215K on their website. Their recommendation was to invest in Gold coins and I foolishly took their advice. As recent as April 2022 the **** representative called to recommend a newly released coin set we should add to the portfolio. I advised my mother-in-law was ailing and therefore no more purchases. However, I personally purchase 1 set at $10,850. It is now showing on their website as valued at approx. $11,100. Unfortunately my mother-in-law passed away on June 1, 2022. The beneficiaries now want their respective inheritances which requires selling the gold and coins. I called the representative and he advised we should wait. When asked why, he said the investments were not worth the value shown on the site as it was too soon since purchase. I told him that didn't make sense and could he provide me with a quote. After following up more than once, the "guaranteed buy-back" was $128K. In other words, a 36% loss although the website still showed a $15K profit. The coin set I had personally purchased less than 2 months previously for $10,850, now showing onsite as $11,100 was now valued at about $7,166, a drop of 34%. He then out and out lied and told me, based on his original notes, that I said we wanted a 5 year investment hence what he recommended. I responded with that was never the case, especially for a 92-y-o person and that he was lying. Purpose of this message. USGB cannot be trusted. BUYER BEWAREUSGB, LLC Response

I returned from an overseas business trip on 7/19 and called USGB on 7/22 after reading their response to my issue. I was transferred to the ******** Service Supervisor who was very cordial and advised that Management was discussing options for resolution with the Company owners. I appreciated the feedback and advised I would call back for any updates on 7/27 if no contact from USGB before that date. As there was no contact by 7/27, I did call asking for the Supervisor only to be told she was not available but would return my call asap. I did not receive a return call so I called again 7/28 in the late morning this time to be told she was in a meeting and would return my call when she was free. It is now almost midday 7/29 and still no response. As stated previously, buyer beware. I find it interesting that the account is still showing the value of the portfolio as approx. $215K although their offer to repurchase is approx. $128K. I feel I have no choice now but to report this Company and their way of doing business to the Texas and Federal legal authorities as recommended by my legal advisor on the basis of gross misrepresentation, just for starters. There is no explanation nor any suggested solution. Just pure non-communication. And they claim ******** Service is their highest priority. Not true.Review from Sergio M

In March 2021, i had 15k i wanted to invest into something, and because my friend invested 1.5 years prior into gold with USGB, he recommended me to do the same. And i Did. The guy whom i was recommended, recommended me all sorts of stuff, and because i was new, i decided to talk to my friend, and he told me not to buy 2 or 3 of the things i was recommended. When i called the sales guy back, he said my friend was right (then why did he recommended me to buy them?- probably he was getting a bigger % of the sale on those). I purchased 15k$ worth of gold set and silver coins and i told the guy that i was interested in a coin that was to come in late may, and if he can call me to preorder or something. He didn't, it was sold out my friend got one, but the sales rep called me mid June to offer me a different coin, like the other one didn't came out... All fine and dandy. Late July, beggining of august i had an event in my family where i really needed the money. I called them, they sent me an offer for my gold and silver of around 6k for gold set that i paid over 9k, and 100$/coin for some silver coins that i paid 232$/coin. So they offered me 8k for something i payed over 13k just few months prior. And they say the price never goes down, always goes up, but at a slower pace. All of them were purchased from USGB, yet, they lowballed the heck out of me. I got mad, and i did some research. All of their inventory seems to be over overpriced. You can find all their stuff at a much lower price. Then, my friend who recommended me usgb, got into some financial difficulties, and the gold he payed 24k on it, that was worth 28k (based on the prices on their website) got an offer of 18k$. When he asked why is he getting so lowballed he was told, if you want to get all the money you spent, you need to have at least 50% increase from the price you originally payed, or hold for at least 3-5 years. And the sales rep ****** said that is our fault, because we called him, he didn't call me or my friend. So, better check prices, and see about reselling value. I was new to gold and silver, and as soon as i get a chance to get my money back, i will, and never look back at USGB. I had troubles with my online account. They needed 3 months to "fix" (they fixed one thing, messed another), i was not getting calls back on my requests, yet, they would call me with offers, like nothing else was going on. ****** stopped calling me, then, a lady called me for 2 weeks. After noticing she can't make me buy anything from her, she stopped. Now lately another guy who i didn't even bother to get his name, keeps calling me. Better have gone in stocks.
