      On August 6, 2024 1pm pst I called Wholesale Coins Direct and spoke with **** San ****** ***************************************** Manager, regarding starting a consignment of proof coins that I purchased from WCD. I was told the form should arrive by email within the next 24hrs max. What I received was another email from **** San ****** trying to sell me more products, no consignment paperwork; FYI our call lasted approximately 15 minutes. On August 9th ,still no form for my consignment so I called and emailed **** back to inform him. No respone.Called again a couple of more times approximately a week later, left messages,still no response. So today August 20th I called and finally got a human response, ******** he said he would ask **** please hold. Then I was told unfortunately you arent able to get a consignment sale with your coins I was already given the price I would receive by **** on Aug 6th, now the story changes. ******** said Ill ask a manager, I said **** SAN ****** is a manager, and he gave me the quote price less their 18% commission, process info, and he assured me my shipping paperwork would arrive. I then asked ******** for ***** supervisor , his response was none are available. This is the second time Ive had an issue with WCD. The first was getting paid for coins I sold back to WCD, which took way over the date I was assured (over 30+)- ironically I was paid only after a formal complaint was made to BBB. It seems like when they sell to investors its great, but when youre eligible to do your by back after 5 yrs, just as they advertise, it becomes a problem, and scam worthy excuses become first and foremost. This company should be looked into. Bad business practices one to many times in my experience. Id like them to honor their word and service they offer.

      We have sent the necessary agreement and ***** label and confirm that we have received the signed agreement and the metals as of September 9, 2024. We are committed to processing the payout promptly, and you should receive the agreed-upon payment within 1-3 business days. We regret any delays in our initial response and have taken steps to improve our communication process to better serve our clients in the future.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory, although its a bit concerning that I needed to get the BBB involved to get it resolved. This could have been avoided.
