              Im giving ***************************** with HomehelpSan Antonio a five star rating regarding the sale of my home. I was in the middle of Probate for a year a half with the possibility of foreclosure. **** was able to help me avoid foreclosure and was very patient with the completion of probate. He assisted with all required documents needed to close the sale. I would highly recommend **** for his knowledge of the process and the ability to sell your home.Thanks so much **** ********

              I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. This is the first home my husband and I purchased together after 15 years of marriage. We moved to *** Antonio from ******** because of covid. We were both self employed there and, very successful but, everything changed! WE LOST EVERYTHING.! When we felt we were "breathing" again, I started looking for some roots to settle down in. BUT, all the doors were being closed right in our faces! Those 2 years of taxes and bank statements that "traditional" banks want to see, were not enough. They showed the huge loss we had. They didn't care covid destroyed lives and bank accounts. I refused to accept the NO they kept telling me, or the "you don't make enough money". How do you know? You haven't asked nor care to see how we're doing now. SO, I happen to bump into 'owner finance'. What was that? I contacted the realter that was posting homes with that option, he is very experienced in that field, ***************************, amazing! Highly recommend him! The first house we saw was the one we bought. Though I never met **** the Owner of the home, and I'm sure of plenty others, He made this process less intimidating and scary for us. It was like I rubbed the ****** bottle made a wish and here we are!. Proud owners! Finally! I stopped crying. Thank you for believing in us. Even though covid kicked our butts we kicked right back and this time pretty hard!!
