            On Jan. 24, we called Mustang Septic to come clean out our septic. They came out the following day and identified that we needed some repairs. Due to weather and scheduling conflicts on his side, he came out a month later and installed new drip lines. He sent someone out the following day with the understanding they would complete the job which they didn't. Based on our conversations with *****, and reviews we had read, we agreed to go ahead and pay our invoice in full. It has been over a month and our job has yet to be completed. ***** assured he would come and he has not. He says he is a man of his word, which he is demonstrating is not true. ***** is refusing to respond to over a dozen attempts to connect with him. Based on this his uncompleted services, I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND others to use Mustang Septic Services out of **************. We found them difficult to work with based on poor communication, not showing up at scheduled times, charges not aligning with estimates, not completing services, and leaving the job site in poor condition.
