Dropped my vehicle off and was told 5 days for repairs. It kept getting extended, until 26 days later, when I was told it would be ready. I called prior to driving over to pick the vehicle up, that it was not ready. I received no communication after the 15th of July stating that the completion date was going to passed the 17th of July. The manager did not seem to know anything about my vehicle that has been sitting in his shop for almost a month. I would recommend using a different body shop if at all possible.Review from Jake A

If there was a no star rating, I would've given it. Terrible experience all around. Horrible customer service and communication. LACK of COMMUNICATION. Several mistakes and issues were made with the repair and they were attempted to be covered up and quick answers given before they were even known. Ultimately I had to take the car to a separate facility to have them verify Caliber's mistakes for Caliber to pay for the fix and make it right. The timeline was 3 times longer than I was told. ******** excuses for the work not being done or not being done correctly. ****** was my service coordinator and he is inadequate at his job. Not capable of managing the experience. Highly unprofessional. After they fixed all the mistakes that were made they asked me for payment for the very first time via voicemail saying "this is the balance due, if you don't pay by "XX" date we'll be sending you to collections." The manager, *******************, got involved and also didn't take responsibility for the actions at Caliber. Highly disappointing experience all around. Will never, ever recommend Caliber and will tell people to stay far, far away.Review from Angel M

DO NOT go to Caliber ********. I used this company through my insurance provider. I was ensured I would be back to normal from the damages of my wreck. I hit a deer and obviously damages would happen to something under the hood. Although this company told me they are supposedly just a body shop my insurance provider and Caliber Collision assured me anything from the wreck would be FIXED including anything under the hood because its covered, that was the exception. I left and my car was SHAKING/PUTTERING. I assumed maybe because there was no oil in it since all of the fluid drained from the ******** with the deer. They didnt touch ANY fluid in my car, my coolant and oil was nonexistent when I picked up the car. They test drove it bone dry, this couldve added more damages to the car smh Im not throwing free money for it to not be running. I advise NO ONE to go here please. They want that money and thats it. Once that card swiped they said they werent touching my car. WOW but customer statisfactory is something they take pride in? I should not have payed close to ***** dollars to be leaving with nothing. Who is giving THEIR money away like that for nothing?! And even if Caliber collision doesnt do under the hood work it takes nothing to let someone know but they took my car and money knowing they werent going to touch anything under the hood. What a waste of time and money. I have been dealing with this issue from Caliber Collision mess up since 03/6/24 and its now 07/7/24. As of today my vehicle is deemed totaled.Review from David J

I recently had a minor accident with my 2021 *** X5. Despite the negative reviews of your shop, and at **********'s urging, I took the vehicle to your Franklin ******** for an estimate. The damage was on the tailgate, and the Service Advisor (SA) assured me that the repair would require replacing the tailgate with an original *** part. I was given a written estimate to that extent. Since that time, my completion date was delayed 6 times. 6. The car repairs took 28 days. On the day of pickup, the repaired area was scratched and hazy, and the ** had to take it back to polish it out again. The Store Manager expressed regret that I wasnt called when the change to my estimate and scope of work was made, but that was the extent of the resolution. He states that the work was done to State Farms standards. They were completely unwilling to do the work that I requested, even if I paid the amount in excess of what State Farm offered to pay. I've contacted corporate 3 times, and they've never replied.Review from Patrick E

If you want quality work do not take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. Do not trust nothing they say. Dont believe the warrant about the work. My tailgate was damaged on my truck a couple of years ago. I was told it would be a new tailgate. My tailgate was not replaced. They repaired it. When I picked it up my vehicle the tailgate looked fine. It was a gap between the tailgate and the Applique the representative said it was ok. I said right then it doesnt look like it is on good. We both pressed it. She said dont worry we warranty all our work if something happens bring it back. About a month ago my wife driven and it fell off. I have been calling them and asking about it. They would not return my calls. So I went up there. They took pictures and said they will get back. Three weeks have passed. I called again and again. Finally, she said it not covered. She was like my tailgate has damaged on it. She said the top has scratches on it. I say (Its a truck you put things in the bed.) They is using that to not replace the Applique because of there poor installation. It fell off on its own. It was not damaged and there is no damage whatsoever where it snapped on also it has two screws to fasten it to the truck. Clearly they were not attached because it fell off.Found out you cant go to any location. You have to go to the one who did the work. The others will not even come outside and look at it. So be prepared for that. The files are only at the original store. Not on a storage or network system. That is what another location told me. I also called corporate and no response to the incident. I was told they was going reach out to the location. People save yourself time do extensive research on theses companies before you give them your money or insurance check.Review from Kelsey L

Warning. I want to share my experience in hopes to spare you a similar situation, headache, and much aggravation. A year ago, my Suburban was rear ended, and I engaged Calber Collision located at ************************************************* to repair and restore my vehicle. When my car was returned to me, and it was explained that the sensors in the bumpers needed to be calibrated and that I needed to bring the vehicle back. The calibration required I leave the vehicle for a couple of days. In addition, I needed the liftgate adjusted and the rear window adjusted since they were not opening or closing as smooth as they should be and lower front bumper fog lights are not properly seated in the bumper. I left my car on a Wednesday, June 12th for the calibration and adjustments and was told by **** that he hoped to get it back to me by Friday, June 14th. I called inquiring about my vehicle, and I was informed that there was a problem with calibrating the sensors and that they needed to order a part. In the meantime, I could pick my car up but that I would have to bring it back and leave it again for the repair and calibration. On Wednesday, June 19th, I picked up my car and to my surprise my golf clubs and gym bag were missing from the car and my car had been gone through. My registration from the glove box was sitting on the front passenger seat, business cards in my center console were strewn in by backseat, headphones were out of place. After filing a Police report and providing it to Caliber Collision on Friday June 20th, their response has been dismal at best. There is no effort whatsoever by Caliber Collision to correct the situation and my property loss. So, in addition to the lost property, I still have an unrepaired car. This has been a year of enduring shoddy workmanship and continuing repairs. I would not recommend this business to anyone. ***********************Review from Gregory B

This is regarding the Caliber Collision in **********, *******: Your body-shop is the worst in America. The front cover & facia is not correctly in place, when I pointed this out, I was told thats how plastic fits sometime and no one corrected the sloppy job that looks like a mentally ill 3-year-old did. My car was very clean when I gave it to you, but I got it back extremely filthy all over inside & out along with motor oil all over my seats and the ** did a half a** job in cleaning my seats with windex. ******** said I should not expect them to clean my car because they lost money on my repair due to GIECO under paying them. Your body shop did not tell the truth about completion timelines, had they told the truth I would have selected another shop. You guys really suck!! I am telling every military and government staff personnel I know and anyone I encounter across the world. I would not recommend you sorry people to my worst enemy. To add further insult to injury ******** had the nerve to apologize for having a messy office desk while my car looks like pure ****, I do not care about his office space; ******** should have been more concern about my car.******************Review from Josh J

Do not have anything to do with Caliber Collision in the *****, ** area. They used broken parts in fixing the minivan. The parts are not what was requested. I have pictures for anyone that's interested. They will not fix this car as it should be. The insurance company, USAA and Caliber Collision should NOT be trusted... I'm a veteran as a USAA customer but they still screwed me over. I have to pay for the repairs the right way. And the accident was the other parties fault. The cops even charged him at fault but I have to pay for it myself... USAA insurance and Caliber Collision are in cohorts which leads to no oversight for the customers. Who has the customer's interest in mind. No one does, it's the body shop and insurance company are in partnership... Ripe for fraud
