    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the ongoing issues I have encountered while attempting to get my Dodge Ram repaired at your Caliber Collision location (********************************) as required by Progressive Insurance.My car was initially sent to this facility on March 18, 2024, due to extensive damage to the entire passenger side, as well as damage to the grill and front bumper. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I have visited this location four times to pick up my vehicle, each time being told it was ready. On most of these occasions, I had to leave work early to retrieve my car with my husband.On April 19, 2024, I visited your location after being notified that my car was ready for pickup. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the grill was still not fixed, and the side panels were sticking out. Additionally, the paint on the passenger door remained unresolved.On April 26, 2024, I returned for the second time, only to find that the left passenger door paint issue persisted. While the grill had been replaced, improper bracket installation caused the bumper to protrude significantly. Holes were also visible on the front bumper.On May 10, 2024, I made my third attempt to retrieve my car. Although the exterior issues were resolved, I was shocked to find that all sensor lights were illuminated. The staff informed me that I would need to drive without ABS and return for further adjustments. When I requested written confirmation, they declined, citing legal reasons. Consequently, I left my car once again. The manager stated he was not on board with the decision of me leaving with my car while the sensor lights were still on. However, the front desk lady canceled my lease, leaving us stranded. We called an Uber, but unfortunately, I had already paid for it, and the driver was already there.Finally, on May 16, 2024, I went to pick up my ready car. But once again, I had to leave it as there were multiple circular marks all over the passenger door resembling the marks of a buffing machine. Furthermore, on the left bumper, under the light, there are two deep white scratch marks. We contacted the supervisor at Progressive, who advised us to leave the car once again. Progressive stated that Caliber Collision should have provided us with a rental car due to the inconvenience and negligence on their part. However, once again, they did not, as the manager claimed it was above his pay grade.Since April 30, 2024, until May 10th, 2024, I have been paying out of pocket for a rental car, costing approximately $45 per day. This financial burden has been exacerbated by the repeated delays and incomplete repairs. The lack of concern from Caliber Collision regarding my situation is disheartening. As their customer, I expected better communication and accountability. I kindly request reimbursement for the additional expenses incurred due to the extended repair process. It is essential to recognize the impact this situation has had on my daily life and finances. Additionally, according to Progressive, Caliber Collision should be paying for me to have a rental car, given their inability to fix my vehicle. Caliber Collisions offer of a $250 Publix gift card falls short, considering I continue to be without a rental or my own vehicle.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for your assistance in achieving a swift resolution.Sincerely,***********************
