Omission of ****** Florida from the comparative rate provided. Insufficient explanation of the website offering, which appears to be a template with limited features. I was not informed of the differences between plans and their respective features. Misrepresentation regarding the transfer of information from my current website to the new one. Failure to disclose the necessity of requesting a backup and paying for conversion data. Instead, I was under the impression that all aspects of data conversion would be handled by your team, with initial discussions suggesting a cost of $1200.
