We started with open house. we liked the dance teacher assigned to us (******). Due to some issue between company and the dance teacher, the company had to fire the dance teacher. We as group just wished that she was honest in telling us that the teacher was fired. She or her staff kept on replying to our messages pretending it to be ******. When we found out it was not ******. We just asked her why lie to us. you should have been honest with us about the teacher being fired. which would have been ok with us. We found out from other place that she is fired. when we asked the Owner she started yelling and getting mad at us. that she dont want to teach our kids. She said she will refund the money later she changed that we can do whatever we want she wont refund the money. She was said she dont want to have parents like us as her customer. Yes. We requested time change for class twice in begning so we can see which time works best for our kid with dance teacher permission (******) We never forced them to agree to our request which they did accpet now when we now as for refund as she promised she is like you guys are most troubling batch i should have charge you guy for customer service i gave you. For replying to the text messages. She kept on saying we are threat to her which is false as we never threatened her or said her anything wrong. we just asked for our refund. She was the one who kept on saying that she will file a police report against us and take legal actions. When i said it sounds like you are threating us she said its not the a threat anymore she is going to that. Customer service is part of her job what happens in her company is between them not between customer . Her issues within the company shouldn't impact the customers. She also said if we don't remove our review from BBB's She will file a police and legal complain against us which isnt fair. I have attached the conversation too. I only request for our refund. nothing much. Thank you
