This place is horrible, when you walk into that place for first time they have plan to empress first time **************** want to leave you with impression that they care but your health, but the truth after you involve with them you will discover they care about MONEY only & how much money they can extort from you. The woman she manage this place just like a mafia boss she is not even qualified to be in health care business simply because the health & well being of thier customer is her last concern, she truly don't give a **** about people care, all that woman she cares about is convincing customers with deception and creating problem so she can collect more money for un necessary dentals work regardless what customers in actual ********** shows clearly in her ****************** DON'T FALL IN THEIR TRAP. There is so many great ethicals dentists around ********** willing to work with their customers in good faith & good intention BUT NOT Advanced Dentistry in ********** ******************* I advise people to stay away from that place.

after getting dentures over 1 year ago and 6 visits my teeth are worse than ever! they cant get them to fit but they want $44 final payment and still no teeth.stay away from this place .you have been warned! and i refuse to pay $44 for something i cant use.off to the better business bureau today! *************************

I'm not impressed with the newest members of Advanced Dentistry. I wanted the snap-in dentures at the bottom. I have MetLife ************************ the dentist's office staff led me to believe was not a problem. I was sedated, they pulled (5) teeth and put (2) implants in. They told me recovery/healing would be 6 mos., so they made me temporary dentures to lay on top of the 2 implants & that hurt whenever I ate anything. It took the staff one year before I received my snap-in denture at the bottom because they said I had a $700 balance due. The dentist's office finance staff told me my dental insurance wouldn't cover dental procedures. Now, the dentist wants to replace these implants for another $2,000 because of bone loss, but they already knew (x-rays). For my bottom only, I've paid Advanced Dentistry over $4,000, I do not think I should have to repay for their unsuccessful mess. I wish they had warned me beforehand, the dental work was as is no guarantee/warranty. I haven't had these snap-in dentures for a *********** have cracked in my mouth (3) different times & each time I've had to pay $250 & when I asked her about the repair fee, the office staff said she doesn't know the billing code for previous work. The office staff uses Dr. *** name as if he made this dental ********* didn't, he's retired! The new office crew...smh & will not call me back when I leave a message. I should be reimbursed half of my money so I can find a dentist who accepts my dental insurance & guarantees their work without charging additional fees!
