Hired this company 2020 to do plumbing renovation and cabinets. I have many, many texts/emails back and forth about the plumber, ******************. From start to finish, it took this plumber from September to end of April to finish. There were NO changes involved from the original invoice. He changed his mind about money twice, and this was a big fight with ***************** the owner. I paid, in full, the original invoice, plus ******* for repiping of pipes of entire house, despite the fact that once I sat down and thought about all that had happened, the only "repipe" that wasn't part of the original invoice was from AC unit to bathrooms- about 25 ish feet.,and washed my hand of the company. I was so sick of them. I have several pages of notes even asking about underneath the bathroom. I really do not think ***************** even knew what was going in, regardless, he should have as it is his company. Fast forward to December, I have recently learned I still have cast iron pipes when a plumber, and Roto Rooter had to come out because the main drain line had flooded into my living room. And while they were drilling out supposedly brand new pipe, alas, there is still significant cast iron. So here we are again. I have reached out to ***, by email, phone call and text. He did say he read the email, he did respond to the text before Christmas, said he would call-- he did not. I text and called again - no response since. Step 2 is filing with the BBB, and if there is still no resolution, I have spoke with a lawyer, and will file in small claims court against this business.
