It is impossible to reach anyone at this facility. We signed in Aug 2020 changed our contract in October because they were over charging us based on the amount they quoted to us from when we signed they modified the pricing to the correct price we were supposed to be paying on a 1 year contract. A year later we are still getting charged. The manager tried to charge us for a 2 year cancellation after we had already completed a year. Then refused to provide the updated paperwork from October and kept trying to claim our contract from August 2020 was still valid. Did not have any of the documents for the waivers signed under the account. Refused to provide a copy of the contract stating her ink was low. Asked for her bosses number, she refused stating she's not allowed to but he is aware because she just got off the phone with him. Couldn't even send it to the correct email while sitting right there then the file she finally did send through was corrupted. Refused to provide the owners number or even call him while we sat there since she couldn't give the number out. Then I called another location while sitting in front of her they advised it is not there policy to refuse their managements number. When getting off the phone with the other location she advised she couldn't contact them because they are on vacation. So followed up I contacted another facility that advised they have heard several complaints about this location. They provided me a number to ABC Financial their financial company. They informed me my contract was up in October and renewed to continue throughout October of 2022. I nor did my husband renew our contract and when I contacted the Lewisville location she surprisingly answered and claimed no she doesn't know why I was advised that by their financial team.
