      There is no way to call and talk to a real person. Frustating to have your loan sold to a company that could care less about helping you.

      Pretty much the same issues as everyone else. I didn't choose Mr. Cooper, they purchased my loan from ***** Fargo. They then decided to turn off the autopay that had been setup on my account for 8+ years. No customer support option when you go online. I mean how hard is it to provide a phone number or email address? All they offer is a "chat" feature, but it is never available, or a physical mailing address which is a joke when needing customer support.

      This mortgage company is doing some fraud activity on loans.They lack communication have very poor customer service and doesn't provide accurate information on loans.Mr ****** Mortgage Company trying to take my house because of legal fees for 1 day they charge 3100 this is ridiculous that Mr ****** Mortgage trying take my house.

      Far and away the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have submitted the same paperwork multiple times and gotten a response saying it was received only to have them tell me they didn't receive it. They have destroyed my credit. Horrible horrible company.

      Impossible to get someone on the phone. All that is needed is a mortgage statement and they literally make it impossible to get an agent or send a written request. absolutely horrible.

      Ive been back-and-forth with **************** for a couple weeks now due to an overcharge on my account. I was charged several fees after getting my refund and have had to follow up repeatedly to have those fees removed because I did not authorize the overcharge in the first place.This issue has still not been resolved and they will take weeks to respond to emails.*** subsequently removed auto pay from my account. Their customer service and technology is absolutely unreliable.

      Sadly, Im reading the reviews and it was all said before Mr. Cooper purchased our loan from another lender. What this company does should be illegal!! Theres no live customer service rep available ever to help. When I tried to log in to my account through my personal info (or my husbands) in order to send a letter it wouldnt let us in and says it does not recognize our information on their monthly statements they dont provide an address for letters/emails only for payments. This really aught to be illegal! I feel like their do whatever they want and we dont have a say or a way to communicate any wrongdoings or ask questions. Its wrong. I would put in a zero if I could.

      On May 31, 2024, I sold my home that was financed through Mr. ******* It's been 60 days since it was sold, yet the loan still shows on my credit report with a balance still owed. Why does it take Mr. ****** so long to report this as paid in full? When I pay off a credit card, it only takes a week before it shows on my credit report as paid in full. I've tried to call Mr. ****** several times about this matter, but I only get a voice recording. This is an awful company. Please beware.

      One of the worst companies. Does nobody in their company actually test things??Their chat is broken I can never get a rep, because the chat says tell us in a few words what you are looking for and yet you have no space to enter anything!! Then I have called in on so many different numbers and I keep getting tossed around in the automated system. The service by mac gets me a person right away but they can't help.. even they tried to connect me to a rep at mr. cooper and they couldn't and didn't understand why its so difficult. At one point the system says will get a rep on the phone and then again it repeats the process of verifying and never connects me to someone. Useless company, how you even exist with such bad service is beyond me. how the heck is the *** still the same guy..
