*** used this company before several years ago and decided to use them again - booking was good, and the moving team was good overall. 1 major issue though is one of the movers accidentally broke my desk by stepping on one of the legs (L shape desk) and it broke off and took the connectors off with it. I was told to send an email with description of what happened and a picture and I would be reimbursed, desk would be fixed or replaced. Seemed simply enough and great customer service - however - I did as I was told - and was informed by their customer service (3 after my move/I submitted the claim) that they dont cover that type of board/furniture. So, to say Im disappointed is an understatement. My desk is broken during the move and Im just..without a desk? Its my problem to fix? Im told to follow a process and then told they cant do anything? I feel really let down by this company, especially since they could make this right - but are choosing to not do the right thing here.Review from JoAnne B

They are extremely slow packing and use the most expensive packaging where it is not needed. In other cases they did nothing to protect delicate art work. There seemed to be an overall lack of coordination and team work. They are eay over priced for service delivered and dont do all the things they promise.Two things with this mover, 1. dont use them and if you ignore that, 2 get a binding estimate for a fixed cost move and ask them to insure ehat they pack as many reputable movers doReview from Brenda L

We had an out of state move (**** to ********) planned for months. Contact with **** kept us updated that everything was a go. Moving day the men showed up looking clean and professional. Any questions they had were polite and always included a ma'am or sir. ********** went smoothly from start to finish in both states. Great job! Very professional ***** and his Co worker were great very good personalities, hard working, smart, new their jobs, was quick and worked great as team in **********. ***** the only driver kept me abreast on his whereabouts even after delivery. ***** supervised the ***** team very well and professional they worked as a team and accomplished the their goal with no breakage. I had a very expensive therapeutic tool in a small black box that said VetroLaser on it. I went through all my boxes 10 times looking for it, although it was not in a box.
I contacted the Operations Manager because everything they move is insured..
But he said he'd have to send someone out to my house and go through all my boxes even though I already have 10 times!
They are not wanting to reimburse me until someone from their company comes to my house, and goes through my boxes! This is not professional at all. I will never recommend this company to anyone! ********
