I personally would not recommend this company to anyone! If you need a car please run. I originally purchased my car at the 121 location. Literally the day I got the car nothing but lies. The car was filthy on top of the fact one of the representatives advised us that they take stolen cars. The day I got my car I was told I would have a year warranty. The car had multiple issues on top of the fact that the car was jerking. I called them numerous times and not once was the issue corrected. They even advised me that I didnt receive a warrant in which they falsely advertise this on the website on top of i had to send in proof that the representative who sold me the car promised that I would have a warranty. Still after sending in that proof I was never contacted nor was the issue fixed. Recently I switched insurance companies and called them multiple times to correct my payment because they were charging me for insurance. They kept they didnt receive it and to send it again. I did this multiple times and even followed back up but as usual anytime you call none of the workers no whats going on. Advised them I would make a partial payment until the issue was fixed since I was waiting on a new debit card due to the fraud and the issue was never ran across management per ********* at the ****** location. Called to speak to someone she stated she had to send an email and they would call me as soon as possible. So here I am no car picked up by a janky company whove I been communicating with but because I refused to pay an extra $200 for insurance and wanted the issue to be corrected they have repossessed my car. Oh FYI when you get the car they do promise the 10 day grace ****** just to get you to sign the paperwork and to reach out if you need more time but thats all a lie they will attempt to repossess you car within a few days. Do not purchase from this company I was in a car wreck and had no choice since the car hadnt been paid off yet by the insurance company.
