      Took the car i bought at the dealer and this is their mechanic shop have no certified mechanics working on cars and they never fixed the problem.

      These ppl have no compassion, I just had 2 emergency cancer surgeries which they knew about and knew that's why my payments were late. I called to set up an arrangement after I was able to go back to work and the manager as well as a guy named Euro, basically told me no, never even told me they put my car up for repo the day i called to talk to them, i had been in the hospital for a little over a month, so they ended up taking my car when they knew the situation. The payment arrangement I was trying to set up would've had me caught up in 2 payments and they refused and basically told me they didn't care I almost died of cancer, my payments still should've been made like i didnt just have half my lung removed and undergo a full hysterectomy because of cancer in the organs. Then when I went to pick up my car that they took while my son was instacarting so he could get his siblings something to eat, I ended up going to jail for felon in possession of a weapon because my son had a gun in the car for protection and they called the police. They had no business going in the car in the first place because they told me i had 20 days to redeem my belongings or the car, so why were they in it?. Mind you I referred a lot of people to this company and this is how you guys treat a single mother cancer surviver. It's diabolical, I was 3 payments late that would've been caught up in 2 payments and they refused to even accept it. Then they tacked on $500 for a repo when there was no need because they were getting a payment the following week later. Karma is going to get them real bad cause God does not like ugly and doing this to someone and that was their only means of transportation after almost dying with a oxygen level of 23 when they found me is crazy, insensitive, and so not right. Yall caused me emotional, mental, and physical stress from the aftermath of going to jail and all. I deserve all my money back or my car.

      Purchase the vehicle and put $2,500 down and then they told me I had to make a payment in 14 days I tried to contact the manager to have this situation corrected before it was too late however they never would answer the phone and they did answer the phone that you asked me on the internal code after 4 or 5 weeks I've got a hold of the manager she said she would call me back within the hour and I haven't heard from her in 5 days I would really like to have my vehicle back I don't think I should have to pay for her money

      I purchased a vehicle from a third-party a young lady named **** *******. When I purchased the vehicle from her the contract was between her and myself. Yaya cannot get my car registered for a year so I was helping payments from her for three months until she can provide me with a license plate, she also showed me with a copy of the Title. I was under the impression that she took care of the lien on the car because she had a title in hand yeah yeah, went to Lake investments and forged my signature on a contract with these people who Ive never met in my life. Do not know where theyre located Ive tried to call them several times and the only thing happens is I get hung up in my face or I get promised a call back and nobody ever calls me back about this lien against a car that I have traded in And the trading company is stating that I owe $5000. They did go up and talk to Lake investments and they were just really rude and basically cussed that my new car company to pay the money or to leave them alone. Ive called several times. Ive called collections customer service, and I have gotten nowhere with them , I will just like a copy of the contract that I signed with them and every time I ask, I get hung up in my face

      The client purchased the vehicle and signed an agreement to which the dealership has ownership until the client pays off the vehicle. Now the client did not meet the requirements under the contract and was past due for her account which allows us to repossess the vehicle. Therefore unless the client payoffs the entire debt then there is no reason to release the title.

      I purchased a car from lake city investment/auto may 04 2024 from a salesman named ******, there were a few minor things ****** noticed while I was purchasing the car as far as the passenger side doors would not open from the outside the crack in windshield radio and cigarette outlet (for mobile charging) he assured me he would contact the service center to fix these things fast forward may 17th 2024 I drive to ********** for a graduation to get there and the car stops completely due to no oil.. I let the car cool off until the next day where I put oil in the car on the way to purchase the oil the passenger side front caliper caught on fire the guy at the oil change place came with the fire extinguisher and put the fire out being that the car was my only means of transportation I had someone simply change the brake caliper and brake pads even after those things were changed the car still would not move lake city auto on 05/21/2024 came and towed the car from ********** back to ***** I have not seen or had my car since then Ive since then tried to make my payments that I owe and ** being told that my car is not redeemable and they wont give me my money back that car is in my name and this is fraud if Im not mistaken I need help.

      On April 29th 2024 , I purchased a 2020 ****** RAV4 . When I first got to the dealership the RAV4 trunk was open and the spare tire was on the ground ! I went in the dealership to inquiry about purchasing a vehicle! The sales lady showed me a couple of vehicles that I wasnt interested in . Then she told me they had just gotten the RAV4 in . I test drove the vehicle not knowing the vehicle had not been inspected. After getting the vehicle home the next day my wife calls . Telling me there is a water in the trunk , I try and call the dealership no one answers. So I text ********. She tells me I would have to drop a 47,000$ car off at their so called service center . I had to get up early on my day off just to take this car to the shop . Where ** told another lie saying they cant work on it because they dont do body work . So Im going back and forth while this car is fogging up and dripping water. Then have the nerves to call me about a deferred payment. But like all the others said you cant reach them at all . This company needs to be investigated and sued . Im returning this piece of Junk and contacting my lawyer. The owner is pure evil , with all these complaints the BBB should get involved. They are scam artists!

      If i could id give this scammin car company lake city investment a zero star! I purchased this car on feb 13th from the dealership and the sales rep ***** My down payment was ******* plus what the insurance the sale. On march ********************************* take havent even put **************************************************************** the middle of the road. SO i called the sales rep **** to see what can be down to a car that had completely taken a c*** on me 3 and a half weeks after i got it. So they towed it to there service center where they found multiple problems with the vehicle. They make pay a deductible on the problems they sale the cars with ( Noted) and they kept my car from march 13th thru the 20th and called me and said my car was ready and everything was fixed. I drove the car less then 60 miles and every light that when my car died the week before had came back on the dash. Give or take Im already almost 3k into this car that is very unreliable. March 25th i come outside and my car has been repoed from this company from no payment because i told them Im not paying until they fixed the vehicle that Ive already but 3k worth and only had in my person for 3.5 weeks. I would stay far away from the company and the cars they sale as they are a scam company and Im looking to get the news involved on what is going on with me.

      As a young mother, I was looking for something affordable and reliable. However, my experience has been nothing less than miserable! December 15th, I put down $2,500 to purchase a vehicle. By January 12th, the vehicle was making loud noises and stopping on the road, I immediately called Lake City Investment and let them know that the vehicle was already having mechanical issues. It stopped on me in the middle of 35highway. I was told that I needed to take the vehicle to the service department before anything could be done further. After paying for repairs on a vehicle that I literally just purchased. By February 10th, my vehicle has broken down again. I have called and Ive left several messages with management. With no response and no resolution. And refusing to put me into a reliable vehicle! I would not recommend a Lake City Investment to anyone. I am currently in the process of obtaining legal assistance for this matter in which I cant afford. I am only asking for what is right, durable, running vehicle that does not have mechanical issues and isnt breaking down on me.

      09/21/23 I purchased a ******** ***** I put $2000 down on the vehicle and wasn't told when my payment would be due. - I was called back in a week later to put an additional $550 down or they would repo the car. I paid and THEN another week later is when I received a copy of my contract a version that WASN'T signed by me. Starting my deferred payment was $600.The vehicle was repossessed 2 weeks ago out of state while I was out of town caring for a sick parent and I'm now being told I have to pay $23,000 to redeem the vehicle. When asked about the legal department I was told they don't have one and if I want to speak to a lawyer or get a lawyer involved they would disconnect communication with me.

      We had a cancellation of contract. This closed our account and stopped all future payments. After they signed this agreement, wich was written by them. They charged our Credit card for $300. This is breach of contract and credit card fraud. They need to reimburse me with interest.
