    I purchased a car there mid September this year. I told the dealer I am moving states shortly after and need my plates and registration delivered to my new address. I called to see if they were on the way 6 weeks later. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude, no proper business greeting on the phone, she waited until the last ring and only said your plates are on the way. I made sure to ask if she had the correct address down because I had to repeat and correct her 3 times. I called again weeks later and spoke to a man this time, I asked him what the status was and told him what happened with the receptionist. He said theres no woman that works here that couldve answered the phone. I told him what exactly she said and how she answered the phone then he just sighed heavily on the phone. I was then was given a 30 day extension. This extension expires December 2, I just called again to see what the status was since its a week away. She gave me the tracking number, it says insufficient address. We spoke again on the phone and all she kept saying over and over on the phone is to call **** to see which address they sent it to. I asked her why does that matter when they clearly sent it to the wrong address and I still need my plates. She said well all I can have you do is have you wait again until the 2nd to get another extension, again very unprofessional and rude and its a yelling match at this point. I asked for the general manager this time and she said hes busy at the moment so Im now waiting to see if shell even let him know about this interaction.

    They sell unsafe cars not checked out and will never give your money back if they can get away with it. They sold me a "certified car" then 6 hours after buying it the bumper was falling off, then the lock was broken and the undercarriage fell off. They refused to take it back or honor the 3-day return policy. I went up the ladder to corporate to force them to take it back as it obviously was never checked out and was an unsafe vehicle, I went up the ladder as I de taken the car back 3 times for safety issues in less than 10 days of buying it and Ide had it and they wouldn't take it back The ** argued with me and was so rude. And this is how all his staff act!They took the car back after I went up the ladder to Corporte. They promised me ide have my deposit back in 2 days and then never returned any calls or emails to me or Corporate.Turned out, They never issued the payoff to the finance company. I waited 2 weeks! paying $500 in rental fees as I couldn't buy another car until the loan was shown as paid off and they owed my 3K deposit back. I called corporate back and they put in a formal complaint against them for not returning the money and their lack of ANY response to them and me the customer.I ended up leaving my work and had to go in person and stand there and demand proof the car was paid off. They called the finance company in front of me and issued the payoff check RIGHT then. So they NEVER did it until I walked in and forced them to do it 2 Weeks after giving the car back. And then the "finance mgr" another rude unprofessional person made me wait 90 minutes to get my deposit and then I only got I because I went and found the finance clerk myself down the hall, and he said the finance manager "never told him I was waiting!!! Who does this? they were all so rude, unprofessional and unresponsive to anything. Worst customer service ever. They are owned by ********************* I sent a letter to him too.
