I placed an order on November 15, 2021. It was for Christmas, so I checked the status of my order regularly. No progress was shown, so I decided to call the number listed on the website during operational hours. It went straight to voicemail. I would call several times a day and leave messages, but I still have yet to receive a callback. The website has contact forms, which I have also filled out, but the only response I have ever received was auto generated. With rising suspicions, I googled the address listed on their website. It was for a vape shop. I called the shop, and they told me the have been in operation at that address for years. No one was aware of what Tiny Canvas Prints is and have never seen it nearby the area. This is when I began ******** any information I could find on this business. I even looked up whois. No one - ****************************** - has any information nor have they helped resolve this conflict. Unfortunately, I spent hundreds of dollars, and I know others have lost money, also. Maybe this business is no longer in operation or maybe the operation is a scam. Hopefully, their ability to collect money from others with no return method will not be allowed to continue in the future.Initial Complaint

Placed 2 separate orders, one 10/30/21 and one 11/9/21. Received confirmation emails but no shipping notification. Sent their customer support a message for estimated shipping time. No response. Tried again 11/22/21 and address came back undeliverable. The phone goes straight to voicemail. My card was never charged but worried now this is scam. I will be cancelling my card and getting a replacement just I case. This company should not be allowed to operate.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 8-31-21. I have ordered from this company before in 2018, and was very happy with the canvasses that I received. I wanted to add to my art wall, so I wanted to go with the same company so they would be of the same style and quality. I still haven't received my order or any correspondence on 10-4-21. My order says it is "processing," and there is no tracking number given "until the product is shipped." I cannot reach anyone by phone (goes to voicemail), and I've left 4 voicemails now asking for resolution. I have tried to send several emails as well to the email listed on their website, and it gets returned as a nonvalid email address. I feel like I've been robbed, and don't know if I'll ever receive my ordered product or get a refund. I'm happy to wait if it's going to take a while to complete the order, being that there is a pandemic. But I'd like someone to respond and at least let me know I haven't just been robbed with no hope of recourse.
