      To whom it may concern,

Our service director in Plano spoke with ************** yesterday, and he expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by our technician. He claimed the technician was not performing adequately and demanded additional service. The technician explained that he was following proper label instructions for the product being used and had done all he could safely do. This response did not satisfy **************, who then used inappropriate language towards the technician. Feeling uncomfortable, the technician attempted to leave, but ************** blocked his way.
************** denies using inappropriate language but confirmed that he insisted on more service. Several technicians have expressed reluctance to service ****************** home due to his behavior. Additionally, the poor condition of his home and his non-compliance with cleaning instructions hinder our ability to resolve his bed bug issue. Despite ****************** claim that he was never advised to clean up, we have expressed the need for this the times we have been out to his house, and informed him of this requirement. We have refunded back ****************** last service call and canceled his account with our business.

We will refund the $2,000 ************** is requesting as a settlement. To minimize communication with this customer, we prefer to have this complaint marked as resolved without a direct response on our BBB page. If the BBB does not recommend this approach, please inform us.

      Thank you

On January 4, 2023 ABC HOME & COMMERCIAL SERVICES has indicated they came out to my home to do pest control but no one showed up. I did dispute this charge and they offer me they will send a person to come out and do the job they was charging me for in January, that happen in April this was offer by the young lady. At that time it was the end of March that there will not be at no charge since the one in January didn't happen. In April I receive a invoice for the service that wasn't suppose be charge to me at ****** with services that I didn't ask for. The lady that I did talk to didn't tell me that I was gone to be charge for this services or there was a addition services that I didn't want. I would have never have this done. I live on a fix income and can't afford this. I have called several time in April talking to people in the billing/accounting Department with them indicating to me that some one will call me back. As of today I still haven't received a call back. Today(06/13/2023) I called again and the lady took me someone will call me back within 24 hours to 48 hours. When will the 24 hours or the 48 hours run out, this has been gone on since April or Janurary with the complaint of no service back in January. I am still waiting for the Company to listen to my complaint. I would like not to owe them any money because of the problems that I am having with them. I will pay for the services I got in October nothing else.

On January 4, 2023 one of our techs went out to ************** home to perform her quarterly pest control services.  The customer was not home so ************** serviced the outside of the home, where the vast majority of pest control takes place.  The customer disputed the charge in March 2023 stating that we had not come out, and at that time we offered the customer a re-service in April at no charge, as is our policy.  A mistake was made in billing, and the customer was mistakenly invoiced for the service, rather than it being adjusted off.  The customer called in to our office 6/13/2023 to let us know about the issue.  The call was escalated on to a senior lead to handle, and the lead left a voicemail for the customer on 6/14/2023 to let her know that we had made a mistake and remedied it.  We took care of both her January and April charges due to the error on our end, only leaving her October 2022 balance owed.  We requested she call us back so we could ensure she was satisfied with this resolution. On 6/15/2023, 6/16/2023, and 6/19/2023 we attempted to call customer again, and each time left a voicemail.  We are hoping the customer will be satisfied with our resolution, however we are awaiting to make contact with the customer to confirm.  We have also prepared a mailing for the customer and will be sending this out tomorrow, as today is a federal holiday.  We hope to be able to get in contact with the customer soon.

On Tuesday (10/25/22), ABC Home & Commercial Services sent us (The Chalet Apartments), two invoices with the amount of $879.53 and $460.06 for monthly service of pest control and a cleanout treatment. They also sent us service inspection report of the alleged work the technician completed. The form only has the technician's signature on it, when usually a member of our staff also signs once service has been completed. On Wednesday (10/26/2022), the manager replied to collection specialist (Chad Larsen), to dispute and explain that none of the services explained in the invoices were completed. The last time that ABC was on our property was on August 3rd for our regular weekly service, but they are charging us a whole month's worth of service. The technician showed up 30 minutes before our closing time, which is 5:30. And they usually show up in the morning. Nevertheless, we handed our complaints and cleanout treatments to our regular technician (Hector Solis), to complete regardless of the time. He noticed that there were more than twelve complaints and a few cleanout treatments that needed to be done, so he refused to service us. He insisted that we are only allowed to treat twelve units per trip, but according to our service agreement, we are entitled to add more at an extra cost. We did not mind paying for the extra units that needed general treatment, but after disputing back and forth with the technician he decided to leave our property and took with him our apartment keys. Knowing this, we contacted Curtis King (our sales representative) by email on August 5th, to officially terminate our pest control service with ABC Home & Commercial Services for their unprofessionalism, and to ask for our apartment keys to be returned. Three days later (August 8th), we received an email by Curtis saying that the keys were left on top of a woodpile on our property. Fortunately, our manager lives on site and was able to retrieve them immediately before anyone else could.
