** paid $350 for ABC Home and Commercial Services to trap 2 squirrels in our attic & attempt to locate their entry point. ** have a large home with 2 separate **************** in both attics that were placed to identify what was in the attic. They placed a single trap in the attic that had no camera evidence of squirrels and left. There was no attempt made by an *** employee to come check our trap. After a couple of weeks we called & asked them to move the trap to the other attic which they did. For the next 2 weeks the camera recorded multiple squirrel encounters near their trap but nothing was caught. ** called them again & asked that they use a different bait that might be more effective in trapping the **************** did. Since that time we have seen nor heard nothing from the *** Rep. ** contacted them again asking about their verbal commitment to us to "attempt" to locate the squirrel entry point & they denied offering us that service. ** fully understood they were not responsible to make any repairs to any entry point, simply help to locate them. ** feel the $350 charge with no follow-up unless we called them & no attempt to help locate entry points made our $350 fee useless & a bad investment. ** would have been better off buying our own trap for $35 (not $350) & chase squirrels on our own. ** made a bad decision to go with a local company that "appeared" to be credible.

This business does fraudulent billing. Claims to look at roof and foundation for rodents. Makes no appointment and does not let you know they are there. Expect you to pay for visits without any proof they have come. Do not us this service!!!!! They are very unethical. Do not know how they have an A+ rating. Should be a D-.

On 07/12/2021, I called ABC Home and Commercial Services regarding Pest Services for my home. I spoke to John C***** regarding having someone come out for pest service. This was a follow up call he asked me to make from our conversation on 05/13/2020 after I paid the remaining balance owed due to my account had fallen behind due to job lay off. When I spoke to John C***** on 7/12/2021, he stated for me to pay upfront the entire year for the pest service. I reminded him of what he initially told me that since I paid what was owed, he would allow me to start the pest services again. Then he said to pay 6 months in advance. He did not honor his word to me, regarding what we agreed upon. He was very rude and disrespectful. And he stated "other companies are out here", who I can do business with. The public should should know the kind of service ABC Home and Commercial are providing to their customers. This is the worst Service ever received! Their business practices are unethical.
