*** O I didnt know how much I didnt know until I dealt with ***** and Chip. They were great. They took all the time I needed and explained the entire process. They handled so much of the back and forth with the insurance company and they got us a settlement way above what the insurance company wanted to give us. Once the insurance process was over, the work was scheduled and performed very quickly. Their guys were good at protecting our property and plants. They even went above and beyond and helped us fix a leak in our chimney cap, which was out of their scope. If we ever have another hailstorm or need for roofing repairs, they are the only call I will make.

This is an outstanding roofing company! Chip and ***** are extremely knowledgeable, organized, and detail oriented. I had additional home repairs done along with a new upgraded roof. They kept me informed of each stage of the job and responded quickly to my questions. They pointed out things to the insurance adjuster and worked diligently to see that the job was done correctly. A HUGE RECOMMENDATION for Triton Roofing and Restoration Following a major hail storm, Triton Roofing was highly recommended to take care of all our insurance and repair needs. They were nothing short of outstanding throughout the entire process! They met with our insurance adjuster onsite, pointing out things that otherwise may have been missed. They are insurance claim gurus using the same software program as major insurance companies, ensuring supplements were accepted and processed quickly. We were copied on all their communications with insurance regarding the supplementals. They communicated with us regularly through group text and always picked up their phones on the first ring. Their drone access ensured that pictures before and during the repair were forwarded to us and to insurance company as needed, proving quality of materials and completion of work. They took no chances on rain. They actually rescheduled the day of due to an unpredicted rain event, regardless that their crew of 12 (yes 12!) was here already setting up the site. They were here on site ensuring their management team were following all their specific orders. They were extremely careful protecting our numerous plants in a small yard with landscaping challenges. They purchased extra protective plywood and a huge screen that spanned across the front of house. In addition, they were also very cautious protecting our neighbors property. Due to the large crew the roof was easily completed in one day. The entire project regarding the roof, gutters, leaf guards, fence, garage door, interior/exterior painters, and numerous other repairs were extremely well organized and went through without a hitch. Should we have these needs in the future, we will again contact Triton Roofing and highly recommend you do the same.

They are great people to work and go above and beyond to ensure your project / restoration is completed timely and with great quality / care. My house has never had a roof this well done. They both work very hard through the insurance process to ensure all of your damage is covered appropriately. I will be working with them again in the future.

Never in all my years have we had such outstanding customer service than working with ****** and ******************* of Triton Roofing and Restoration. Since 2014, they have been with us through every hailstorm and roof replacement, working with adjusters and filing supplements to ensure all damages were notated, repaired and/or replaced. The only folks who care enough to call while your family is huddled in the safe room during a tornado to ensure everyone is safe and to confirm and arrive first thing in the morning to inspect for damages. Need dependable, honest and hard-working people in your corner, lol no further!!

WOWZER! That about sums it up when I refer to ***** and Chip as well as Triton Roofing. I have never had service when facing a near catastrophe as I did with this group. They are responsive, prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. That is a personality bundle you rarely see in customer service anymore. My personal home was severely damaged after a tremendous storm came through my area, I reached out to ***** and Chip, I was not expecting them to answer, but they did! Im certain they were crazy busy but I wouldve never known. They treated me and my home as if I were their only client. They walked me through the entire process including dealing with my insurance company. They even spoke on my behalf with the insurance company when I wasnt available due to work! I had my roof, gutters, exterior painting, fence repair and stain, garage door replacement and interior repairs completed all on the schedule set forth by ***** and Chip. They were so sweet and so was the office staff, everyone was so understanding of my nervousness and anxiety. They understood that this was my largest investment to date and they treated as if it were theirs also. You will be hard pressed to find a better team when dealing with your storm catastrophes.

Just finished a roofing, gutters and interior remodel job with Chip and ********************* at Triton Roofing...they are the best at handling an insurance claim and working with your insurance company to maximize your claim dollars. They go above and beyond to make your customer experience as easy as possible and to make sure you are happy at the end of the job. It's obvious this isn't their first roofing rodeo. Their subcontractors are friendly, responsive and, most of all, clean up at the end of each day. Trust them with your next roofing and remodel project!
