      I gave one stars due to the quality and integrity of their work. They were suppose to fix 2 zones of sprinklers. They came out (charged me ($374) to replace Solenoid and rebuilt a valve and claimed everything else is good to go. When I try to turn on the zones the still dont work. They wont send another tech out to fix their issue and wont issue a refund.

      **************, we did not service you as a customer because you were not the original homeowner who called us to the property. On June 17th, 2024, our technician went out to the property and performed a full system assessment, He discovered a bad solenoid on the valve for Zone 2 and addressed concerns about Zone 4 not turning on, which ended up just needing a time adjustment on the controller. There were no other repairs needed at the time, everything was reviewed with the previous homeowner before the technician left, and a signature was given once the job was completed. On July 15th 2024 we recieved your phone call stating that zones 1 and 5 were not coming on and our office staff let you know that this is not something that we had worked on in June and there is only a 90 day warranty on the repairs that we made. These are considered new issues. There was never a request for a refund, and we did let you know that we could send another techniocian out, but we would have to charge as it has been a month, and these issues are considered new since they were not something we worked on initially. Please review our warranty policy which is stated on the bottom of every invoice. "Thank you for your Business!!WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS- All sprinkler repairs are covered by 90-day parts and labor. Not to Include Customer provided Parts. The warranty does not cover parts and labor for new issues, clogged nozzles, spray or rotor head direction and pattern adjustment, or any other new problems that are not related to the original repair, or repairs.If new issues occur within 1 week of the original repairs only labor and parts will be charged to come back out and make the repairs. If a new issue is to present itself customer will be charged Parts & labor if the issue is within 90 days of the warranty policy. If the issues are not considered a warranty, and the customer does not want to move forward with the estimated price for repairs, a trip fee will be charged for the visit.ESTIMATES- Over-the-phone estimates and estimates given by technicians are estimates only and are not to be considered a Bid/Set price. After estimated repairs are completed, other issues may arise that could affect the final price. SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLATION WARRANTY - 1-year warranty on Controller, ************* and Freeze Sensor. 1-year warranty on wiring, heads, drip line, rotors, nozzles, fittings, and piping installation. All warranty issues will be inspected and determined by Texas Lawn Sprinklers if the issue is considered a warranty or considered damaged by other service providers, animals, or acts of god.SPRINKLER SYSTEM ASSESSMENTS-There will be no warranty offered for sprinkler system assessments and what it entails. This Assessment fee may act as a trip fee if the full system assessment is unable to be completed due to, but not limited to, refusal of repairs necessary for the system assessment to be performed.Texas Lawn Sprinklers is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, water damage to the house or yard, damage or loss to any turf or plants any city watering fines and watering overages This warranty shall be void if the system is serviced by anyone other than Texas Lawn Sprinklers or the homeowner during the 90 day warranty period."

      Way over priced. I still went with them. After few weeks had issues. They refused to come back to fix for the repairs they did. They said they will again charge service fee for that. Few days later, when I called them back they said they don't want to do any service for me. Such a worst customer service and I would not recommend to anyone.

      Another name has submitted the complaint listed above, but this complaint is in response to our customer ******************, whom we serviced at his rental property on March 9th, 2024. We did a complete assessment of his system the day of service. We made several repairs to the irrigation system and had to replace the controller since it was not functioning and was keeping the system from coming on. All of this work was approved through our estimate portal, in which the customer also made the required 60% deposit. Once the initial repairs were made, we could now determine if any other repairs were needed after the initial maintenance since the system was now functional. The technician submitted the additional repairs to **************** through the estimate portal on the day of service. After the system check and the estimate were sent, we never got the approval for the additional work. Several weeks passed, and the Female tenant called us directly asking if we would make the extra repairs and that they did not want to upset their landlord; we explained that **************** had not approved the additional work therefore we could not move forward. About a week later, a Male tenant called and explained that the same issues that we had submitted to **************** were preventing the system from functioning correctly. We explained to him, as we did to the Female tenant, that we have not received a response from **************** and that we cannot move forward without an approval. The tenant replied that **************** has a system where he pays for half of things and someone else pays the rest. We have spoken to ***************, and he is having trouble understanding that his system still requires additional repairs, which is why we sent him the estimate for the additional repairs. We explained to **************** that we could not warranty the system since the additional repairs (which are crucial to the functionality of the system) had not been made. We can provide recordings of *************** and the tenants speaking with our office staff to provide evidence that this complaint should not be directed toward Texas Lawn Sprinklers and is unwarranted.

      Worst customer relations and service I have experienced in my over 50 years of dealing with businesses and home repair services. Incompetent follow up on initial service call resulted in a promised reschedule that never occurred. When I called to follow up on the reschedule I was informed my customer profile stated the company could not provide me service at all. I asked why and was told she could not say. Buddy the manager or owner evidently got offended about my joke in regard to him interfering with the scheduling which led to the incompetent follow up that caused a huge inconvenience to me because of wasted time to meet with the wrong technician to complete the job because of the last minute switch. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company in the best of circumstances, too many competitors available to deal with the disrespect and arrogance of this outfit !

      MR . ****** in response to your review. The reason for the switch of technicians was to accommodate the drive time for our technician, in this case the original technician who visited your place was not going to be in the area and it would conflict with his schedule, so yes we moved the appointment to another technician that was going to be in the same city for the remaining of his appointments. Also the reason for the switch of Technician the original visit was to just turn the water off ,in this case I don't require to have the same Technician on site for the purpose that neither Technician was aware of what was going on so either Technician would of still had to investigate the problem. You turned away the Technician for your own reason. All of our Technicians are capable of solving your issues. And as for not wanting to reschedule you for the reason of turning away our service on you 2nd appointment but also for the rude and obscene name calling towards our Manager . " tell your king Kong of a manager to stop interfering with the **** schedule, because he caused me to waste my day" and this comment was not directed in the form of a joke it was directed with cursing and anger when told to out answering staff, this type of comments or attitude towards our staff is not accepted as it would not be accepted if we spoke to our customers in this way either. And as for a follow up I personally called you twice that day with neither a call back from you as well.
