May 24, 2023 I made a complaint with the Rapido employee (***********************) about how I was being mistreated and handled unfairly by a Amazon Trainer (Uniqua) who set intentions to sabotage my driving test which she was successful in by being over an hour late to my time slot and blamed me for a number of things not going in her favor she was being very unprofessional and disorganized she then proceeded to cut my driving test early and told me that she has to go clock out that by Amazon law she cant give me anymore time because she has to clock out on her end of shift and there for failed my driving test. I did everything I was supposed to do I showed up early and waited on her for over an hour. The Amazon Trainer told me that I would have to start my 3 day **************** which was absolutely unfair. So I contacted my DSP and I was told by the employment (***********************) that I could retake my drivers test and to wait until the morning that way she can confirm to me when my driving test will be rescheduled. Only to find out on May 24, 2023 this response ( Thank you for your interest in the delivery driving position but after speaking with Amazon trainers Rapido will not book another training class. Best of luck to you in the future.) and then I was left with absolutely no explanation. I will attach messages from ***** and ***** Lexies Boss. Because later in the day I receive a message from *************** (*****) to complete my employment with my direct deposit information so Im thinking that I will get paid for my training because I was also told that it will be Paid Training. And now they want even pay me for my 3 days of training that I have giving them all. This is absolutely unfair and inhumane to not even give me the common decency for some explanation. Especially to lie and say will get paid training.
