Ordered new windows from LD Glass in June 2021. Was charged $3960 to my **** card but they did not process the charge until windows were finally installed in October 2021. Receipt for the original $3960 was not provided nor did I request for one. A couple of weeks later, after the June 2021 order, additional windows were added at which time I requested an itemized statement showing original windows plus addition, however they never provided any documentation. First attempt to install the windows, they had 3 damaged windows which were reordered and installed in October, At which time an amount of $5147 was charged. I inquired about this large amount, however, they were very vague and could not provide me with an itemized showing how they arrived at the $5147. One of their installers figured out they had charged me an extra $750 for windows i did not have installed. I had requested a quote for these windows which totaled $750 which they ended up adding to the bill. I disputed the $5147 with LD Glass telling them they needed to deduct the $750 from the $5147. The total I should pay is $4397 but they keep coming up with excuses. I have left 2 phone messages and 1 text message for the manager (Jereme) asking him to call me back but my calls are being ignored. I have never done business with such unorganized and unresponsive people in my life. They are a family ran business with mom and dad managing the phones and billing. I want to pay the right amount and need an itemized statement clearly showing the price per each window. Also need my 10 year warranty paperwork which they have promised to send 3 times now. I have no documentation to share since i have yet to receive any paperwork from LD Glass. Thank you for anything you can help me with in resolving this dispute. This is now in its 5th month since I first ordered the windows.
