              I would like to file a complaint against MVP Window Specialists. ***************************** initially did a good job fixing a broken window in my ***** house on March 13, 2023. Subsequently, on July 2, 2023, I hired him again for another broken window in **********. I paid him half the agreed-upon fee, $125, upfront. However, ***** accidentally broke the window while bringing the window into his car on the repair day.He assured me he would return to fix it and requested permission to take the frame to make the installation easier. I agreed, but he has been evasive and unresponsive, providing excuses and delaying the work. I even had to contact him from different phone numbers to get a response.As of today, August 22, 2023, I have yet to hear from him, and I urgently need the window frame, which is custom-made for that specific window. I would appreciate it if ***** could either complete the work or return the frame and the money I paid.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

              MVP Windows, *****************************, was contracted by my company to install replacement windows in a condo complex. We paid $16,000 in deposit fees for the new windows. He ran off with the money and still has not produced a window. We have filed criminal charges. Be aware to never do business with MVP Windows, *****************************. ***** appears to be likable but is a pathological liar and thief. Stay far away!
