    We ordered 3 XXS masks from Enro in September. These 3 masks now have holes in them. I've contacted Enro requesting a replacement for these masks, as these masks shouldn't have holes after just 3 months. In fact, their "test data" shows that these masks should hold up for 50 and even 100 washes. We have 3 of them and my son has worn 1/day to school 4x/week. There is no way that all 3 of these masks have undergone even 50 washes, nevermind 100 during this time period. When I reached out with my concerns, I was told that they would not replace the masks and instead of taking accountability for the quality of their masks, they blamed the holes on my son and said he must be biting the masks. He has many other brand masks and NONE of them have had this issue. He IS NOT biting them. To make matters worse, I was told that he can wear the masks even with the holes and they would provide the same protection, as long as the holes do not go through the filter. First of all, I am not a mask manufacturer, I have no idea where the filter is. To me, a hole is a hole and therefore the mask should be replaced. Especially during this pandemic, how dare they tell me to put a mask with holes on my young child. I was appauled by this advice. I would never do this, but it is concerning that they may be giving this advice to others and others might not be as weary as me and may go ahead and use these masks in the condition they are in. Being in healthcare, I cannot express how detrimental this could be. I keep trying to speak with upper management to discuss this issue and I am constantly told that they are too busy and do not have a telephone number that I can use. I have sent multiple emails to the email address provided without response. Now, nobody is responding via chat. I'm writing this because I want other families to know how unacceptable this is and that this advice should NOT be followed. I hope to have these masks REPLACED ASAP. Thank you.
