      This complaint is about the issues I am having with my Blue 2017 ***** MX-5 that was taken to this business on or about November 14, 2022 for paintless dent repair and front end damaged due to the October 2022 hail storm we had here in South *******, *****. I received my vehicle on or about December 21, 2022 after the repairs were completed. When I received my vehicle from this business, I pointed out the damages (scratches) to the driver side front fender, the scratches on the driver side seat and the scratches on the shift controller base plate. This business said that they would repair the scratches on the driver side front fender but they will not repair the scratches on the driver side seat and the shift controller base plate because they said that they don't know how they got there. I contacted my insurance adjuster at GEICO and complained to him and he said that there is nothing that he can do about the damages. GEICO paid this business approximately $8,584.68 to repair my vehicle and this is what I got. This business refused to accept responsibility for the damages they caused to inside of my vehicle. I tried to talk to the manger (*******) and the co-owner (AJ) and they will not help me with my vehicle issues.

      As we spoke about before, the scratches on the fender can be brought in for repair at anytime you are ready. We did not cause the scratches to the interior of the vehicle as we did no repair on the interior. We can't be held responsible for damage we did not cause. The damage to the interior must have been there when the vehicle was dropped off and you might not have noticed as people often don't see the small scratches on their vehicle until they get them back from repair and then are looking over their vehicle with a fine tooth comb. Please call me to schedule a time to drop the vehicle off to have the fender repainted and repaired, I apologize it wasn't taken care of sooner. I was under the understanding that you and ***** from the shop that actually did the paint repair had an arrangement already. As far as the interior, a web search showed me many ways to remove small scuffs and scratches from leather. As a favor to you, I would be more than happy to order and replace the trim piece around the shifter if you would like to pay for the part, we do receive a discount from ***** on our parts order and would be happy to pass that discount along to you. We have always gone above and beyond for you as a customer, we have picked up and delivered your vehicles over multiple hail storms, we have waived your deductible on 5 different hail claims on the three different vehicles, saving you a total of $2,755 out of pocket expense. We will happily resolve the issue with the paint on the fender whenever you would like to bring the vehicle back in, as far as the interior scratches that you are claiming we caused, we did not do anything but take the best possible care of your vehicle while it was in for repair, as we do with all of our customers.
