We had a home built by Prince Development in 2020. It was a traumatic experience especially for me. So many things left undone (our outdoor kitchen), the paint in our house runs, the extra outdoor stone was stolen and we never had some of the stone replaced, even though I asked, there was never one change order given to us but we drove in to find a shed on our property that was never mentioned once, and he tried to bill us 6K for 1K (at best) shed, that is when my husband blew. When we told the builder that the Primary bathroom closet and the secondary should be switched, it wasn't, we told him it was wrong and he had to have shelves pulled out and he billed US for this,it was shocking, we asked for medicine cabinets in our bathrooms, nope. I asked for windows in my garage door like a home around the corner many times, after finishing I ran across him and asked him to put in the windows - he said oh Yes! I have them, never heard from him. My husband was bitterly disappointed in NO followup on repairs or things need during the period guarantee. The whole process took a month longer than we hoped and I felt the builder was paying attention to his subdivision down the road and not to our house. We have built 3 houses, this was the third and the worst, worst experience we have ever had. Had I to do it over again, instead of believing this builder I would have done a lot more research on the company. Do your due diligence people.

I don't normally feel the need to respond to negative reviews, but this project does seem to need at least a few comments made.
First, take a look at the date of 2020 (who waits that long to voice a review if the experience was truly traumatic as stated) COVID was raging and options for windows in garage doors was an absolute zero option. We tried out best and we were lucky to have even gotten them garage doors to the site. Spoiled people just can't handle hearing the word NO.
They had a custom plan made not by us so any and all options they wanted were already on the plan and priced as such. The owners wanted the medicine cabinets for FREE because they forgot them on the plan. In what world does that happen, and they were notified if they got them, we would install at no cost?
The shed was requested by them to cover the huge water tank and well expansion tank and pumps. Not sure what $1,000 as she stated, gets today but in COVID dollars, you don't get much at all and a 12 by 12 shed is about $6,000 as we added no P/M.
By the way, this person also went on our other company's website to just bash us for no good reason other than us selling it to someone else as she felt like we had taken something away from her granddaughter who had been there a total of 3 times in 3 years so that was just more woke-drama to put into the world.
We are proudly in our 17th year with over 300 plus projects and we feed countless families all across ************* and well beyond our borders and this person can sit in her nearly $2,000,000 home and **** away on the keyboard and not leave a name as she has the more privileged situation than those out here working hard every day to feed their families.
Trying to do us and those families harm is path we refuse to go down as she has, and it is our common wish that all of this CANCEL CULTURE and attempt to try to ruin someone will soon be a thing of the past.

I had a home built by ***** Prince in 2019 and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever endured. There was zero budget accountability throughout the process, and even though I asked multiple times where we were on budget I never got a straight answer. That is, until the end of construction when I was informed that we were over budget and ***** had his hand our for another $30K. Absolutely infuriating. The interior fit and finish is beyond shoddy. Door handles are misaligned. Large sections of missing caulk and grout in the bathrooms. There are ridiculous gaps in the cabinet where the microwave is installed, baseboards are misaligned, and the interior paint stains if you get so much as water on it. I swear the paint was either watered down or was the absolute cheapest junk available. The house was left open to the weather after interior components were installed, this is evidenced by warped and split doors throughout the interior and baseboards with obvious water damage. I have lived here a little over 4 years and the exterior paint has already faded and worn - no doubt it's the same cheap trash as what was sloppily applied to the interior. In contrast, I lived in my previous home (also in ***** - this is not a weather issue) for 16 years and the exterior paint looked still looked new when we moved out to buy my current poorly constructed home. As another commenter said - if I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. I wouldn't trust Prince Development to build a birdhouse correctly.Review from Rochelle G

We are deeply disappointed by the subpar quality of workmanship and the lack of effective communication throughout the course of our project. This has undoubtedly been one of the most challenging experiences we have encountered with any of our construction endeavors. It is evident that the builder has failed to properly oversee the workers and ensure the desired level of quality in the work being performed.If there was a way to put negative stars we would.Review from Mark H

This builder took 14 months after the contract was signed and 5 months after the contract completion date to finish the house. A contract completion date of March 2022 turned into a final completion on August 18, 2022. We used our own money so there was no mortgage company oversight and no scheduled payments dependent on achieving milestones in the house build process. The first payments (> 50% of the total) was supposed to pay for all the items that required a long time to receive after ordering. Within a few months of the contract start we were told everything was acquired or was ordered and would be received in time to meet the March completion date. Then the house completion was delayed to May, then July, finally August. We witnessed more than a month with zero activity. Week after week we saw no progress. All this time the builder was building his own spec houses to sell. This builder had a lot of resources but he was obviously in over his head, agreeing to build more houses than he was capable of. The contract clearly says any changes had to be agreed to in writing. This builder just presented us with an invoice ($17,340) for work he performed with out any agreement from us to pay more than the nearly $1M budget. We did not pay for landscaping ($5,000) because by the time he finished (August 2022) we were in a severe drought and the city was limiting watering to one day a week. Had the build finished in March we could have had landscaping. The foyer light was damaged by the installer. The superintendent agreed to credit us for the difference between the original light and the replacement light ($438.63). The builder delivered and buried a 500 gallon LP tank instead of the **** LP tank in the contract, without talking to us. He said "We will take care of that at the end." This tank cost difference withheld from the final payment $1,000. This builder could easily have finished our house on time. He prioritize other builds and his own specs.
