      The business transaction began in 2021. ***************************** was hired to do the remodel in my house. He was payed in full . He stopped work never returned back to do anymore work on my house. He message me saying that he would refund the rest of my money but he still has not returned any of it. He made excuse after excuse about how he would give the money back but has not done anything. I just want to get my money back that he promised to give back. I do not understand why he would do this to me. I'm senior citizen, widow and handicapped. I have no way of replacing the money he stole from me. My house is still in shambles. Please help.

      There is much more to the story than is being provided. I have never been contacted by ***************. Her son who had no power of attorney or at least has not provided one has been the person constantly contacting my office and cell phone. I was willing to work through the issue, which originated from an underpayment by her insurance company and shoddy work done by a mitigation company that they had hired before I arrived. The work performed on the home far exceeded the allowance provided by the insurance company. All work done was billed according to cost plus. ************** and I did several communications with their insurance company and were unable to obtain adequate supplement, as some of the damage was caused by Rodents, some of the damage was caused by water due to the freeze. I attempted to work with ************** and he began to reach out to social media and threaten me with attorneys. Once he mentioned an attorney I took the proper course of action and notified my insurance carrier and personal attorney of the possibility for lawsuit. I advised ************** to not contact me directly and to have his counsel reach out to my counsel. Unfortunately for legal protections I can no longer work with Mr. ** ************** under legal advisement, I would suggest that ************** reach out to my legal counsel if he believes that there is cause for remedy.

      I have reached out to him numerous times and have gotten no answer or response from him. He has never given me the contact information for his legal counsel. I would like to proceed by getting the legal counsel information so we can move forward. I just want this matter settled fairly by starting with refund the remainder of my money.

      He was emailed the contact information months ago. They continue to come to social media and the BBB because they don't get the answers they want when they threaten my company. This is the second time this particular individual has filed separate instances with the BBB on the same issue at the same location. They use different names, and they do it months apart. It is really disheartening that customers are allowed to file multiple complaints in regard to the same issue at the same location in an attempt to weaponize the BBB.

      I am rejecting this response because of the follow. 
      I have yet to receive any information from ***************************** in regards on how to contact his legal counsel on how to resolve my refund issue. If there was contact information sent by ****************************, I have yet to receive it. Is there a problem with that information being provided here for record? I now request that it is sent through here with proof of receipt. I would like for him to honor his word by refunding the amount that he stated as well as providing his legal counsel contact information on here.

      The only reason I respond to this silliness is because I don't want an automatic decision from the BBB based on no response. This issue was reported once, replied to and accepted by the BBB. Now you file a separate complaint, you have my companies information, it's your responsibility to send correspondence. Not mine. If this is not satisfactory for you. Please obey the prescription of law and contact me through the channels provided. I hope you have a blessed day.

      Once again I'm requesting ************************* legal counsel information and he still will not provide anything. This is just a way for him try to save face and not payback the money that is owed to me. Neither time has he wanted to hold up his end of the agreement. This is wrong, I'm a handicap senior citizen who was and is still being taken advantage of by him. I would please like to get my refund and the contact information for your legal counsel. Why is it so hard to provide this information if you were attempting to do the right thing?

      ***************************** was paid $30,000 to do a job that he was contracted to do and did not finish the job. This money has not been returned and he only did half of the work. Left a handicapped senior citizen with no money to finish the job and has told her nothing about finishing it. He also does F.F.A. work with livestock and tries to promote himself as a good guy so you can trust him with your money. Please give us some help in getting this situation solved.

      ************** had a very complex claim, his insurance company would not provide the appropriate funds to complete all repairs. He also had a mitigation company that caused sever damage to the plumbing in his home. We, my company, exhausted all funds available to get him to where he is now. The mitigation company tore more out of his home than the insurance was willing to replace. I spoke with ************** and offered a refund for the amount left on his account. He declined. Insisted that it wasnt enough to get his home fixed. While I understand it isnt enough to complete the work left to be done, ************* needs to understand that I am not financially responsible for his home either. His insurance company failed him, a contractor that he hired to mitigate his mothers home failed him. I didnt fail him. Materials purchased for his job went to his job. We worked on his repairs the most we could. His quote that was submitted to him for repairs initially was in excess of 40K. His insurance allowed him close to 85k. He had a 30k water mitigation bill paid to another contractor. He had 6k in pest control paid to another contractor. He had 8k worth of plumbing repairs to be completed. He had 12k retained in recoverable depreciation. He simply didnt receive enough from insurance to do all of the work required. I am sympathetic to his situation and I am willing to offer him a refund for the balance left on his account as I stated to him previously. 

      I have provided both my estimate and his insurance documents for your review.

      12/12/21 Replacement of vinyl, facial, and gutters due to damage after Hurricane Ida. Work was done very cheaply and poorly. There salesman ( ** ****) was notified on 3/30/22 that some of the flashing was dancing in the wind. i have been trying to get this resolved since that time. The cost was $3,112.50.

      The consumer is not getting a replacement. She signed a Certificate of Completion stating that she was satisfied with work when the work was completed. There was a windstorm in March, and I am not responsible for any damage that occurred due to the storm.
