We used Nextwave wireless for around 12 yrs and they showed up without notice said they were going to check and see if they could get better signal . Then the service guy said well our signal was interfering with other peoples so they were cutting off our service right then and there . We were never told anything about this problem and was never even told they were coming .. I just think with a long term customer they could have given us a notice or heads up to get service elsewhere before just cutting ours off .. and my **** paid was up to date . They did refund for the month but the customer service in the office was rude and apparently we are not the only ones getting this treatment of having their internet removed unexpectedly.Business response

We would love to keep everyone on our service, and we never go out on service calls expecting to do a uninstall. At the time this happened the office was going through Ap's and seeing who needed a signal improvement we just happened to have a tech in the area who could swing by and improve their signal. Their signal became so degraded they were affecting the other customers. After trying to realign the customer we found out we could not improve their signal. We gave them the option to build a tower which they declined. We had to make a choice between a couple dozen customers having bad service or one customer having no service. The office was not rude with the customer. They tried to explain it had nothing to do with the tower being full and it had to do with their bad signal. Once again, they were given the option to build a tower and once again, they declined. We hate to lose a customer like this and if there was anything more, we could have done for them we most certainly would have.
