  The merchant delivered a product that is garbage and unusable for the intended purchase. I ordered pecan wood for a smoker that cooks food and the vendor delivered moldy wood that is not useable. You cannot use mold to make food so it is not acceptable product. I tried to reach them via phone and text messages call several times and the vendor has never responded. The issue cost me ****** dollars and they do bad business.

  Disclaimer: Mr. Firewood is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. Lord chooses to be because of asinine claims from uneducated people regarding the Firewood industry.
  
  This is a complete inaccurate and ignorant complaint. The customer was delivered Pecan wood that is cut from real trees and split and exposed to the elements. There was small spots of algae bloom on the outside of the wood, which is extremely common and not harmful. Complaint has been reviewed by over 250 people in the barbecue industry, and all of which have debunked this claim that the wood is unsafe but have laughed hilariously at it. The customer is uneducated and ignorant to the fact this is common occurrence on actual wood and is completely harmless unless the customer licked the ********************** as the fire will kill any harmful spores. Also, the customer has made contact with business owner, and after multiple insults and threats, and even inviting the owner to physical confrontation the company has cut off all communication and will not entertain insults or threats to physical abuse. The company will not be called "little man", stupid, ignorant or running their mouth". It is not the fault of the company of the ignorance of the customer because they did not educate themselves on the actual normal surface of the product. The company does not issue refunds based on customers, lack of knowledge and delivered exactly what was listed. Seasoned Pecan firewood. Customer complain that he did not order would that would have any type of results from being out in the elements nor did he order wood that might get his hands dirty but that is the nature of firewood. Bottom line is customer did not educate themselves in the product that was delivered is completely harmless and usable.
