This company was referred to ** by ** as our ** refrigerator stopped cooling. When we called initially Tuesday May 2nd, 2023 they said it sounds like the compressor and they would come out and replace it. They said the compressor in under warranty but that they will charge us for labor only. They came out on Wednesday May 3rd, 2023 to change out compressor and confirmed that was the issue and since then the refrigerator is still not working properly. They told ** there is a 30 days labor warranty and I had to call them several times and text them for them to come out a 2nd time. They finally came out Monday May 8th and the tech put some Freon and said the compressor seems fine, but he checked the temperature, and the same tech said its still not working properly. At this point we asked for our money back because it seemed they are not able to fix it. Also, the receipt they gave us says they charged us for an appliance and I have asked them to fix the receipt to say labor as the part was covered under ** part warranty and the lady ****** will not correct it. I gave it a few more days and our refrigerator / freezer is still not cooling properly , so I called them again and they sent out the technician again on Monday 5/15/23 and he is now saying its the refrigerator sensor issue even though he did not tell this any of the other time he came out. In addition, our ice maker is now not working and this was not an issues we ever had before. We think this company is not working in good faith and told us one thing is wrong and charged us even though its still not working. We dont think they should keep the money as they have not fixed the refrigerator as initially promised. I have asked them nicely to return our money since they were not able to fix the issue and they are refusing to.
