Came without notice on Christmas night. Wanting to check the carpet on flood damage. I ask them if they could come back the next day due to it being Christmas and I was preparing dinner . They were very aggressive and rude, saying no, they can't come back, that they have to check it that night. Per our conversation, they were only going to check to see how much of the carpet was wet.I went into my kitchen to remove something out of the oven. I went directly back to the bedroom and seen they had shut the door. I tried to open it and the guy was leaning against the door not letting me enter. I yelled, "My cat is in there!" he peaked out and said, "There's no cat in here." Yes. there was. She ran into the bedroom closet when they loudly knocked on the door. I just seen her when we were having a conversation in the bedroom. In a nutshell, they harmed my cat! 2 cameras did not detect her going out either door. Plus, they threw wet clothes all over my bed/mattress from clothes in the closet. These guys are shady characters. there is no website for this company. I made a police report. This company is very unprofessional and should have let me into my bedroom NO MATTER WHAT! They didn't because they were covering up their crime. They cut just enough wet carpet padding to wrap the cat in, and then left abruptly without finishing what they started. My cat was 14 years old. This happened on Christmas evening (not eve) around 5:00pm 12/25/2022
