            I'm posting because it bothers me that my dogs were mistreated. This is my forth time taking my dogs to this facility for grooming, and I never imagined they would be hurt. They say the groomer was out for the day when asked for an explanation. The doctor had to treat the infected region with medication. The doctor mentioned that I will be contacted the following day. I ended up calling them back because my dogs were in pain after I sprayed the doctor's medication on them. When chatting with the supervisor. She was just going around in circles and not giving me a direct response when she finally told me that the groomers are no longer comfortable grooming my dogs. I'm now skeptical about their business ethics and customer service. When I spoke with the supervisor, there was no regret or remorseful attitude, which I expected given the scenario. My dogs have become like children to me. According to the clinic's declared values, they treat dogs like family. I'd have to doubt their principles. Even though they charged the full cost of grooming, I am not concerned about a return. I'm leaving this message to raise awareness of the clinic's business practices.
