      Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with. After receiving my estimate and being told I was getting a certain Brand unit, something completely different was installed. The first time the installers came out they installed the wrong refrigerant units and tried to use my old filter box after I paid for a new one. After multiple emails and phone callers with the ** I finally got them to agree to change out the wrong units for the correct ones. Installers showed up, installed the units and then left. I was checking all the model and serial numbers and realized once again they did not install the correct units. I was told I was receiving Amana inside and outside ****** did not.Instead they installed the cheaper ******* units and removed the tags. I have emailed, text, and called the office multiple times to get this resolved and have been ghosted. So pretty much after paying $15,000 for what should have been top tier units, I am stuck with something that should have cost $10K.

      I was charged $23,636.49 for a new elmers unit with a life time warrante certificate on 11/9/23. everyone was friendly but after calling them several times their whole attitude changed,0n 11/7/24 air condition stopped working, first answer 'it will be a $59.00 call & depend on what need to be fixed' 11/7/24: Called asking when will the 6 months check for November ,answer 25th. of november, called back change date to 29th. of November.11/8/24 called 24/7 hr serviced at 04:00 no answer and not able to leave a message.11/8/24: Called again @06:01am no answer: Called again at 06:13 and was informed technichian will arrive at 1pm>he did & found a leak >left to obtain part>after 2 hrs I called and he arrived back with two very small portable air conditioners >stressful week very loud but long story with several different technicians each time ,never the same one. Answers remains parts were defect unable to use. finally on 11/15/24>technician >parts person arrived later , 'the condensor will be replaced brand new', this happened 7 days after my complaint. the new '*******, much smaller and Elmers originally was much bigger & put out air much better than the small *******, and the price have not changed nor allowing me to talk to the change of command e.g. CEO or as they call the head huncho. I need to talk to some one besides secretary who always put me to a technician instead of a supervisior in charge. I feel like I've been scam with this company and will start with the company and go from there.BBB instructed me to start first with company and this is what this is about due to ducking & dodging the issue with me the consumer. I have a life time warranty pluse a $500.00 for first 24hours of inconvience and this was a whole week of inconvience with little regard . The complany is disrespectful for the pink color by not showing compassion ,honesty to the customers just make a bill.

      This company will not stand behind anything they say. They will blame you and say that they are or will not repair anything that their ac technician destroy in your home. I have been fighting this company for almost a year now and they refuse to repair what they broke. I now have a ratt problem. They sent an exterminator and the gentleman that came even said that this was an installation issue. The ac service people say that they are not responsible for the damage and they did not cause the issues that I am responsible. I don't recommen this company for anything they charged me ****** for a unit that they are not going to stand behind or keep their warranty. I do not recommen this company for any reason. I feel that the owner does not realize that there is integrity within his company and is advertising is a lie.

      ******! *********** does not live up to the promises they make and their charges are significantly greater than you can find elsewhere. They will say they found additional things that require repair when you call them for service that only requires a simple fix. If you take the time to get a second opinion, you will save money and likely not need the solution they offer.Their warranties should be treated with suspicion. Their employees promise more than they deliver. Under an agreement to serivce our HVAC units for a period of ten years they said they would make quarterly maintenance visits which included the installation of filters. Now they say the maintenace agreement is only for semi-annual service and that filter installation is extra and that filters run more than $60 per unit per quarter.BEWARE! If you get an appointment you have to dog them to get them to live up to the time they commit to show up.I would rate them a Zero but 1 star is the minimum I can do.If ever there was a company that you needed to apply the rule "Let the Buy Beware" this is the company.

      Trash! I called for an elmerization and they told me that it would be around a month before they could get me in and they would call me when they had me on the schedule. I said ok. After a month and a half I called back and they put me on the schedule for today between 9-11am. I took off work and have been sitting here waiting. At 11am I called and a lady said that dispatch would call me back. When she did she said that their next availability was tomorrow. I told her no, you're supposed to be here between 9 and 11 today. She said, "I know! We don't have availability on the schedule today". No calls. No emails. Nothing. I had to waste an entire days pay for them to not show up. Trash! Trash! Trash!

      ******* company, do yourself a favor and call around, check reviews. Look into **** ***** services or ******. This place does not honor its work, techs show up with you the right parts, thats due to dispatch knows nothing about ACs just tells them they need to fix it. They charge obscene amount of money to put in new ACs only to come 3 days later and rip everything out and redo it. Their service and warranty package is a scam, they are not 24 hours, theyll tell you next day or later on in the week.

      I was wrongfully terminated by this company on my second day and was lied to directly by ******* *. I confided in ******* my situation that pertained to my safety and when doing so, instead of showing me a company that cared, they sent me home and said "we'll see you in the morning." I get a text from **** at 8:32, so I call him and he tells me that I'm being let go and that it's "not a good fit" but wouldn't tell me why. This coming hours after notifying them of my sexual assault and my assailant was threatening me. This is not a company who cares about their employees. I'm a single mom of two children and they fired me on my second day of work when I confided in them.I am going to the news, BBB and reporting this company for wrongful termination, discrimination, and letting it be known everywhere what this company is like. Beware if you want to work here and you have anything bad happen to you. They'll cut you **********

      Elmer's technician came out, checked thermostat, then outside unit. He shorted the capacitor on the condenser unit, then pulled the power shunt. He said the condenser was probably bad, then checked the unit in the attic. He checked many things, then said the control board was bad. he quoted me $2300 for all the things he said needed replaced, then said he could "get it running" for just $1250. I told him I don't have that much, then he said if I sign up for the service plan, it would save me 10%, then he would get me a less expensive capacitor, all for $1034, I barely had that, so I agreed. He left to get the parts and came back in an hour or so. After installing the board and capacitor, he came in and checked all the vents that they are blowing cold and showed me something that said everything is working now. 2 hours later, the house was hot again, I called Elmer's to come back and fix it and was told I would have to wait until the next day or pay an after hours fee, the next day appointment would be free. The next day I went out to the condenser unit and got the information off the capacitor, went to ************ and bought a new one for $35($500 if you get it from Elmer's) replaced it and the compressor is working now. Good thing, because Elmer's still hasn't called me to tell me when they will be coming. Also, the capacitor he installed, he connected to the fan, which was working fine, the compressor he left connected to the old bad capacitor.The complaint is terrible customer service and way overpriced parts
